Gosh...how could she have swam...if she had opened her car door, then the water would rush in and she wouldn't even have been able to escape. It's not like she can escape through the car's window or anything either.

Yeah, the first 2 comments are stupid, how would she swim if she was trapped in her vehicle. The water rushed in so fast. By the time rescuers got there, her van was completly submerged. My prayers are with her family.
