@adrianavendano He did catch bulbasaur you idiot. Bulbasaur was technically a wild pokemon. He decided he did want to travel with ash, but he had to catch him. Ash used pikachu to battle, and beat bulbasaur to catch it. Did you not pay attention?
you actually forgot a few. he once traded butterfree for a radicate so you might want to count that. he also had that haunter that one time when he battled sabrina. and you cant forget laparas during the orange island series. and then he also had that larvetar for a while too.
Ash never caught Pikachu he got it as his starter pokemon!
