I personally can attest to the homocidal tendencies of the Baum law firm. I was representing a man who rented a room in a home that Baum foreclosed on behalf of Freddie Mac. During the eviction proceedings, Baum was notified that there was no heat at the property but they refused to do anything. The tenant later died of a heart attack while clearing snow off the roof to try to stop a leak that was collapsing his ceiling. One dead peasant sacrificed to foreclosure profiteers.

Comparing the Baum law firm to John Wayne Gacy is absurd. A better comparison is to Charles Ng, who turned serial killing into a form of participatory entertainment. He worked with a partner, just like lawyers do. The 2 of them would film their rape/torture/murders and watch the videos afterwards. Like the Baum employees, Ng and his partner destroyed people without guilt, produced what was (for them) entertaining visuals, and then reveled in showing off the fruits of their labor.
