Trust me, it works. If I were to guess your body fat percentage is around 30-35%. Twice what it should be. Get a bathroom scale that shows you what it really is. You need to do cardio. Also build up your legs, that will burn the most fat the fastest since they are you biggest muscles. Your waist should be 1/2 your height.
Hey there Frank....Just want to start off by saying KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....I've been watching little bits of your video....I hope you try to eat 6 meals a day....I noticed you said you don't have time for that....3 of those meals you can drink a myoplex shake....YOU HAVE TO LET YOUR BODY KNOW IT'S NOT GOING TO STARVE AND IT WON'T PUT AWAY FAT.....YOU ALSO NEED TO FEED THOSE MUSCLES..Don't stop what your doing..I see you making progress...and I know your going to be so happy in less than a year
you can really tell the difference in your back, i have the same bowflex system doing the bowflex body plan from Dr. Darden, if you dont already have that book i highly recomend it, the owners manuel and kit they give you with the machine is great, but the book is deffinately worth it, ive been on the plan for 12 weeks now and have gone form 197 down to 144, so just keep on keepin on, i would also go buy pure creatine (protein) only costs about 15 bucks for like 12 weeks worth books only $20
I do drink lots of water. I'd like to eat more smaller meals, but with work and so forth it just isn't possible right now. The workout, from memory, consists of bench presses, leg presses, leg extensions, reverse deltoid rows, crunches, lying bench presses, and several others i can't remember the names of! I try to do 2 sets of 20 reps of each, stopping if I reach fatique before that.
have you tried eating 4 or 5 smaller meals a day? do you drink plenty of water? would you be able to tell about your workout regiment?reps and sets? also ive been reading alot of positive things about flax seed.
Looking good Frank. I noticed this week, your abs are comimg thru and no giggling stomach when you move. The changes are very noticable. Don't go by weight. How are your clothes fitting? Keep it up. Soon you'll look as great as you feel.
holly $#!T fatman. I just totally saw that you lost that beer belly.... last video it showed that your stomach overlapped your chest, but in this video your stomach is completely straight with your chest. I bet you can finely see your toes and other things.LOL!!!!!
Yep! I'm doing crunches, which make me want to hurl, most of the time. Protein intake - -well, I have baked chicken shredded up ona salad at supper. And a turkey sandwich for lunch. That's about all the protein, I guess.
Back and shoulder from the back pose are looking tighter. Are you doing any core type ab exercise, even an isometric crunch? You need to heat up that core metabolism? How much protein are you taking in per day? Keep at it Frank.....
