Not too bad. I was prepared for something more pedantic, but this has a fairly easy-going feel to it and doesn't try to cover too much at one time. My only suggestion is that people should talk to their HR department first if they have questions, not a government agency. The HR folks are going to have a better understanding of the company's operations and policies than an agency does, and are much more likely to provide immediately useful advice.
