1) Punk Hazard isn't detected by the log poses!! Why?

2) The Marines and WG sign on the door. But Smoker didn't know about it so was that a secret location of the WG?

3) An incident happened 4 years ago, the island is now deserted and it's now a burning furnace!!

I highly doubt it, but I think Ryuma might have a role in the arc as Zoro said Ryuma slayed a dragon. Also, I think the World Government did experiments in Punk Hazard involving Akainu and Aokiji's powers, like Vegapunk did with Kizaru's powers to give the Pacifista's their laser beams.
