  • I heard about this 600 kcal a day diet. now im type 2 11 stones (skinny with a potbelly). I work out 4 times a week cardio and such. should I still follow this diet or should I rise the calorie intake or just stick to the 600 anyway or what? please help

  • actualy sometimres exercise can increase your blood sugar if the required insulin is missing i should know i have diabetes and a medical degree.

  • The only way to lower bloodsugar is to change your diet and lose weight, also to have 30min minimum regular exercise 3 - 4 times per week like walking. And you have to research wich vegetables and fruits you can eat, As some might increase your blood sugar levels, like bananas etc..

  • @DivineLight59 no, it dosent work for diabets, you must take insulin, because your internal insulin production is zero, no any fruits or other food will help for this shortage.
