@emilystar1758 well from what ive read in the episodes eggman already found the 7 cheos emeralds and was useing them to bring seelkadoom to life and when he was created the 7 cheos emeralds suddenly dissapered, that show seelkadoom has them and thats where he getting his powers from, because he has the 7 cheos emeralds
