To draw an analogy from Orwell's "Animal Farm", Snow was "Squealer" to Shrubya's "Napoleon".

Still, he left a wife and 3 young kids: whatever his faults, he was the only father those kids will ever have. For their sake, and not for that of neocons who want to canonize Snow, his passing should be marked with dignity and respect. He faced a painful battle at the end-one that no person deserves for the sake of political affiliation. Let us honor ourselves by remembering him only with charity.
