Well, I played a Case Closed game in english, and Kazuha was named Katrina there.

Well exually it's been released in Austria/Germany. But you can only play it in english or japanese. (With german subtitles of course.) It's the first game that was published there. (Detective Conan - The Mirapolis Investigation)
