why do you want federal dollars then? To make you rent payment. This is just a con. The short you twice. Sucker is born every moment. Silver is not money, its a metal!
@2012goingNutz Yes. And Fed notes are nothing but paper backed by nothing. What use does that paper have. You could write on it except they already printed on it so it can't even be used for that any more. It's useless and has no real value. Silver has many industrial uses and that gives it great value. Manufacturers of hundreds of different types of items need silver and this makes it worth something.
Good stuff. People without a lot of money to buy gold and silver should consider getting some copper bullion/coins. It's still cheap and AOCS is backing it as well as the gold and silver. Our pennies aren't even made of copper any more, it could end up being the next gold or silver just like silver value has exploded in the past few years.
great stuff, however the FED might force you to take FRN's as payment for product, but you might be able to refuse serving individual customers for some other reason. good luck! 8-)
This is an idiot that gives Libertarians a reputation of being way far out. There is a difference in idiots and Libertarians and this one is an example of the former. He is NOT a libertarian and I'd bed a buck that in some way this guy benefits from government handouts.
Have you registered Republican yet? if you don't register 7 weeks before the primaries you'll not be able to help Ron Paul win.Everything you have said or done to help Dr.Paul will be for nothing if you can't vote for him.So I suggest if you care about getting him elected you take an hour to go and register, take the family and friends that wish to vote.PLEASE COPY AND PASTE THIS MESSAGE ON EVERY RON PAUL VIDEO RIGHT NOW.SPEND 15MINS PASTING,READY GO.
@MrBigEnchilada He doesn't want federal reserve notes because he worries about the strength of the dollar. Gold and silver are high right now and to my knowledge gold and silver purchases are not taxed the same way as federal reserve notes. It is a great idea, but if/when gold crashes he will lose a lot of money. The unstability of precious metals is one of the reasons Americans moved away from the gold standard (as well as the fact that Liberals wanted to spend more). I hope this helped.

@2wheels88 actually, one should check the duopoly partisan rules of their own state. for example, in NC one can register "Unaffiliated" and still vote on either the Republican or Democrat ballot.
i strongly suggest doing so if you CAN do so in your state in order to fight against partisan politics.
@ProtestantsRUs You are a retard. "money" itself is not real. It is a concept of value. The "dollar" is given value by how many "dollars" are in circulation. The dollar loses value through inflation (which happens when the federal reserves prints more "dollars".) These guys accept coins made of Gold and Silver which retain their value with inflation unlike the dollar. Please pick up a book or something kid.
@ProtestantsRUs you're an idiot. the money everyone uses today is that actual "fake money" its nothing but a government not that says "i owe you this" This, that you are calling "fake money" actually holds value, unlike us treasury notes.
value? why does silver and gold have any value? what are you going to do with it? the problem isn't with one or another currency... the problem is the EXISTANCE of currency.
when was the last time you, personally, used silver? How about gold? I'm not talking about its industrial use (because Intel is not going knocking on your door to buy your gold to use it on it's boards and ICs). If you have this mindset (of questioning worth) you start to see what really has value in your life and what doesn't.
This guy has a new site free lacota bank dot com whois domain registration data for the site. Lives in a fancy house in Frisco Texas, bet he paid with U.S. Dollars for that. I believe his store in Dallas is not open any longer. Sells coins for a living, but poses as a banker trading coins, and holding them in a vault for you. Free Lacota Bank has no physical address I can find. SCAM?

RON PAUL IS GOING TO BE PROSECUTED BY UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO CALL AMERICAN PEOPLE INVADERS AND INITIATERS OF WARS.
RON PAUL SAID THE USA INVADES COUNTRIES AND STARTS WARS, WHICH GIVES USA A BAD REPUTATION AROUND THE WORLD , THEREFORE IT IS CONSIDERED A CRIME . A US CITIZEN WHO
WAS BORN IN USA CANT GO AGAINST GOVERNMENT POLICIES WHICH MIGHT TREATEN THE FUTURE
This is all a plot by the ultra-conservatives to say they are Americans, but their actions are traitorous. To have a store not accept the dollar in the U.S. is ironic. I am not surprised at the store being in Texas (which has somehow wanted to secede from the Union). Bottom line, America won't decline for quite a while. It is bad, but not DEVASTATING!! It would require a MASSIVE decline to make us weaker.
@DanteDouglas Ron Paul admitted that most of congress support the "NWO" how much proof do you need ? This is what the UN is striving for and members of the council of foreign relations.
@DanteDouglas Oh okay, and I call childish people childish. I also don't care what childish people say or think because they are so closed minded that you couldn't drill the truth through with a Dewalt drill. I also refuse to continue this conversation any further. I stated the facts below and there is nothing more for me to say. I am almost positive you will write back with another comment attacking me, because that is what kids do. At any rate, don't expect a response. Good day
@DanteDouglas The fact that you can't argue without calling people moron, only shows that you are childish and can't support your fight with facts....You result to name calling. Very sad indeed.
@DanteDouglas You think I am a conspiracy theorist? FACT: FOOD COST HAVE GONE UP 32% IN THE PAST 5 YEARS! FACT: GAS HAS GONE UP 207% IN THE PAST 15 YEARS! FACT: MEDCINE COST HAS GONE UP 41% OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS! I could go on forever....The way I see it.....You are the one who is believing a conspiracy.....One world Gov't is the objective which is why countries all over are struggling to destroy their own currency. This includes the USA
@DanteDouglas I seriously doubt it is an urban myth when parents are voluntarily having their children chipped to prevent kidnappings, etc. There will without a doubt come a time when people will have to have a chip to purchase items. You can insult me all you want to, but the simple fact is.....just because " you " say it is psycho urban myth doesn't mean it is true. I could honestly care less what some youtuber has to say. I have my beliefs and you have yours. Youre childish =)
Oh my God! He's trying to make sence... have him arrested! If you people won't accept greenbacks, the govornment will just have to put a bar code on your wrists or foreheads!
Now shut up and don't give that constitution crap or Big Brother will destroy you! Don't you know the govornment is always right? When will people wake up?
Just make sure not to open a restaurant like this. Because people can then walk away after the meal claiming they offered you legal tender. I saw stores that only accept credit cards and don't accept cash. But restaurants couldn't work this way. US Federal Reserve Notes are legal tender for all debts, public and private.
During the Civil War, J. P. Morgan had sold the Union Army defective carbine rifles, and it was this government money that helped build his Guaranty Trust Co. of New York. In 1880, he began financing and reorganizing the railroads. After his father died in 1890, and Drexel died in 1893, the Temporary National Economic Committee revealed that J. P. Morgan held
only a 9.1% interest in his own firm. George Whitney owned 1.9%, and H. B. Davison held 1.2%, however, the Charles W. Steele Estate held 36.6%, and Thomas W. Lamont (whose son, Corliss, was an active communist) had 34.2%. Researchers believe that the Illuminati controlled the company through these shares.
John Pierpont Morgan, or as he was better known, J. P. Morgan, was born on April 17, 1837. He became his father's representative in New York in 1860. In 1862, he had his own firm, known as J. Pierpont Morgan and Co. In 1863, he liquidated, and became a partner with Charles H. Dabney (who represented George Peabody and Co.), and established a firm known as Dabney, Morgan and Co. He later teamed up with Anthony J. Drexel (son of the founder of the most influential
banking house in Philadelphia), in a firm known as Drexel, Morgan and Co. Morgan also became a partner in Drexel and Co. in Philadelphia. In 1869, Morgan and Drexel met with the Rothschilds in London, and through the Northern Securities Corporation, began consolidating the Rothschild's power and influence in the United States. Morgan continued the partnership that began when his father acted as a joint agent for the Rothschilds and the U.S. Governmen
Siegmund Warburg, Eric's brother, established the banking firm of S. G. Warburg and Co. in London, and by 1956, had taken over the Seligman Brothers' Bank.
The Warburgs are another good example of how the Illuminati controls both sides of a war. While Paul Warburg's firm of Kuhn, Loeb and Co. (who had five representatives in the U.S. Treasury Department) was in charge of Liberty Loans, which helped finance World War I for the United States
Their brother Max (1867-1946), a major financier of the Russian Revolution (who in his capacity as Chief of Intelligence in Germany's Secret Service, helped Lenin cross Germany into Russia in a sealed train) and later Hitler, ran the Hamburg bank until 1938, when the Nazis took over. The Nazis, who didn't want the Jews running the banks, changed its name to Brinckmann, Wirtz and Co. After World War II, a cousin, Eric Warburg, returned to head it
Paul Moritz Warburg (1868-1932), and his brother Felix, came to the United States from Frankfurt in 1902, buying into the partnership of Kuhn, Loeb and Co. with the financial backing of the Rothschilds. They had been trained at the family banking house, M. M. Warburg and Co, a Rothschild-allied bank in Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Amsterdam, which had been founded in 1798 by their great-grandfather. Paul (said to be worth over $2.5 million when he died), married Nina Loeb
@atxcats Let me get this straight. The store that took people's gold and silver, is now online taking credit cards and PayPal. Is it just me or is that the most ridiculous thing. 'Paper money's no good here, trade it in for gold at the door or bring your gold in and we'll give you trade in value. Paper money is worthless but you can put it in that machine out front and then we'll go online and take credit cards." I guess a credit card is real money, not like paper money. Uh... Yeah.
@MrHarry46 Hey dumbass, the Federal Reserve Act didn't need to be ratified by the states. The 16th Amendment applies to Income Tax not the Fed. And every state doesn't have to ratify an amendment for it to become part of the Constitution. Just like a typical fatass American blowhard, you have no idea what you're talking about, but you act like an expert. You think you know something others don't, but you actually don't know a damn thing, dumbass.
@jjevans2009 jesus H blowhard you just exposed how fucking s2upid you are...
ANY AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION DOES IN FACT...DOES IN FACT HAVE TO BE RATIFIED BY "3/4 of ALL THE STATES".. THIS WAS NOT DONE IN 1913
YOU BLOWHARD PIECE OF COMMUNIST INFILTRATING SHIT.
AND....the "fed" was created by very rich bankers....it is NOT a part of the US government and it DOES APPLY to income taxes ASSHOLE as the 16th DOES CREATE the IRS.
@MrHarry46 seriously are you retarded. You repeated exactly what I posted. Am I debating a total imbecile? Read my comment again dumbass. It says the 16th Amendment created Income Tax. The Federal Reserve Act has nothing to do with the 16th Amendment. Maybe you should go back and remove all the comments where you made this assertion. You are a dumbass. Accept the fact you're a dumbass, and then maybe just maybe you'll shut the f*ck up.
@MrHarry46 For the last time you stupid f*ck, the Federal Reserve Act did not need to be ratified by state legislatures. It is not an amendment. Do you understand? No one dares to argue? You're a dumb sh*t and like myself after a while one is only wasting time. I'll say it again, the Federal Reserve Act is not an amendment, it is a law and it did not need to be ratified by state legislatures.
@jjevans2009 you are simply wrong. the (illegal) "federal reserve act" of 1913 DID in FACT "create" the IRS.
youre so powerfully sick, misleading, misguided, mis-directed....out in left field...running on empty...running on lies. obviously a paid shill typing lie after misleading lie. you get paid money to type lies on YT its obvious. and youre not very good at it. youre not convincing anyone of anything anymore. Americans are waking up. what sycamore shall you swing under at your hanging?
@jjevans2009 hey s2upid are you trying to re-write history?. youre obviously WRONG...the only questions Americans by the millions have is, WHO is paying you to type this trash pussy shit on YouTube and HOW MUCH are they paying you?
the "federal reserve bank" is OWNED BY THE rothschilds of england......it is NOT a part of the US Government in ANY WAY.
WHY DO YOU KEEP TRYING TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT ASSHOLE
@MrHarry46 For the last time you dumbass, The 16th Amendment is not the Federal Reserve Act. Look at your comment that this reply is for. You keep stating that the 16th Amendment IS the Federal Reserve Act. The 16th Amendment is NOT the Federal Reserve Act. These are two separate things you moron. The 16th Amendment established income tax. The Federal Reserve Act, which was signed into law 10 months later, established the Federal Reserve. Do you understand?
@MrHarry46 Oh I'm a dumbass because I actually know what I'm talking about. Go away you stupid f*ck. You have no f*cking clue. You are a typical American blowhard dumb f*ck.
@MrHarry46 Look buddy, The Fed isn't going anywhere. You should be praying it doesn't because the day the Fed ends is the day that they are going to microchip 666 to your freakin' forehead.
The people who shop here are being ripped off. They're getting trade in value for their metals. They aren't moving a heavy weight. Besides, if I can still shop with my "worthless" money, why would I unload my valuables to these crooks?
ok im probly really really wrong here but i thought the promisary notes (our bank notes) were leagl currency that had to be accpeted (All other does not) but they did.
@hardwirecars it's legal tender which means it's good to pay off DEBTS. Technically a store can refuse to offer goods or service as long there isn't a state law in place.
@crazendisturbed are you sure about that becuse i remember going to a cowboys game with my dad well my dad tryed to pay for parking with a $100 bill and the guy was like we cant take that I dont have the ability to give change for that and right in front of a cop my dad goes so let me get this straight your refusing payment of legal us currency the guy said uh what and my dad drove on in and parked
@hardwirecars technically he had the right to refuse. You didn't pay before you receive the service(parking). Legal tender would have been valid if was a parking garage because you received the service first before paying. Technically a grocery store can stop you from paying with pennies. Most people don't understand legal tender. It's a way to SETTLE DEBTS. It was too much for the parking attendant to force you to get change. If he allowed you to enter he would have been force to accept it.
Its not hard to see that this monetary system, especially over the last 50 years has been devoted to making the poor (in western society) even poorer, and the rich richer. If your poor and you ask for a loan from a bank, they create that money their and then and loan it to you, which you pay back with your hard-earned cash + interest. If your a multi-millionaire and you deposit some money in an account, you get paid interest on top of what your saving. The worlds fucked up.
Not true. Think of the bank as a person. They borrow the money from the rich man, and lend it to the poor man. The poor man pays interest to the bank for his loan, and then the bank pays a portion of the interest they took from loaning that money out back to the rich man. Even if the bank itself were removed, the equation would still work the same: the poor man must compensate the rich man for the loan.
Buying silver with FRN's screws the person spending the silver immediately. That's plain stupid. You will pay a premium for the silver over the current spot price and the goods you buy with the silver will only be worth spot price - at best.
If throwing away the premium makes you feel warm and fuzzy - then go for it.
The person who buys silver and HOLDS it while the dollar declines is the winner. When most are holding and few are able to buy - THEN the value of silver will skyrocket.
@KDanagger "Buying silver with FRN's screws the person spending the silver immediately. That's plain stupid. You will pay a premium for the silver over the current spot price and the goods you buy with the silver will only be worth spot price - at best."
Or... you can just walk out of the store with your silver you just purchased...
On 9-10-01 it was announced that the fed gov had *lost* 2 trillion. That's since been revised to over 4 trill. The banking bailout was over 8 trill. So how do federal reserve notes retain value?
You cannot buy oil on the world market without US fed notes. (No Swedish Crowns, please.) Saddam started taking Euros, so we hanged him. His country is now back to taking only fed notes.
Fed notes retain value because we murder anyone who tries to buy oil with other currencies.
Amazing business man!!! I respect people who are willing to take financial risk for a greater cause! I'd definitely go there if I lived nearby. Anyhow the dollar will be worth less than toilet paper soon!
Wow, this is a bigger scam han cash4gold, this guy takes my gold or silver bullion while im still getting payed from my employer in federal reserve notes, while he keeps my gold or silver and gets rich on the skyrocketing value. Nice try lol.
99% of all financial transactions are computer bits today. What is a this phobic nonsense about federal reserve notes? Fact is these hard money stores are going to screw you bad. How do you know if the guys scale is calibrated? Anybody that takes real silver to a place like this in exchange for food is an idiot.
I would like to take dollar bills wipe my ass with them send them to congress and senate and watch them greedily in an orgasm of materialism make their aids wash them clean. Then surely spend them on their illicit desires. But what we would have then is a bullet proof defendable position that congress and senate are a bunch of shit eating hubris filled theives. But that was an already excepted fact.
@jobedied: it wouldn't be illicit if you willingly gave your assdollars Also, you might be asking for a nasty anal infection if you actually did that.
@nitr0burn Yea you could get a nasty infection from wiping your hiney with cash. But I can never see an incumbent politician not taking any kind of money from anyone from anywhere. It is just in their nature to serve money and misrepresent the people that elect them.
@nitr0burn I will disgree with you on that, larceny ,deceit, and gradual build up of an entitled out look is something I see everywhere in new Jersey politics from township, to county right up to state level. Some States are better than others but politics breeds a cultural entitlement hubris self important type ego that finds it hard not to view the voters as the enemy and elevates all money interests above welfare of people. Entrenched incumbent politicians must be pulled like a dog tick.
@jobedied: you are breeding your own fears. I'm sorry, but if you dedicate yourself to public service, you can't be expected to live in some state run housing facility.
Also, you are talking about NJ? Isn't that just a joke of a state? The stupid people keep electing more stupid people. Maybe it is time to focus more on education then who has the bigger cock?
@nitr0burn Im not worried about cock size you brought that up, you are naive and deluded if you think politicians go into politics because they are altruistic and want to serve the public. it is called public service not lifetime employment . New Jersey is no more a joke than say California as far as stupidity
and ability to over spend. Although I do agree NJ is pretty small and stinky . Education get to know a few dozen politicians then start your rhetoric your dialectic ability stinks.
Dos this mean they dont have to file federal taxs due to not using Federal Notes? Sounds like they will not have to pay taxs as it is not real currency just a thought cause bartering is not traceable.
good. we are NOT doing theway you folks have. congress is going to do their job, or we will burn the fucking place to thr ground.... no parentheses on the constitution.1913?-alchol twice.all of this irresponsibility is shown clearly in the fact that they have alcohol on the thing not once, but twice. but, oddly, if youlooka the actual constitution.none of the modern day BS pressing of that document are accurate
BOON DOGGLE....WERZ MY GUN
CONGRESS HAS NOT BEING DOING THEIR JOB SINCE 1913. JAIL.
The US dollar is indeed devalued by deficit spending.
However, silver is also being devalued by silver mining. There are several temporary spikes, but overall the real value of silver has been declining for several decades. Not as much as the US dollar, but still declining.
Actually, silver is not only a consumable precious metal. But it is by world standards in short supply. It is in every computer, cell phone, automobile, and any other electronics device you can imagine. There is currently 10 years worth of silver that has been discovered. Naturally through better technology and continued exploration more will be found. But rest assured, the current price trend on silver is not down
For about 60 years after the civil war, the price of silver did go down on average.
Except for a very short spike 30 years ago, silver recently reached one of its highest prices ever, and still hasn't finished recovering. It has dropped $2 per ounce since my last post correcting the insane "inflation-proof" claims, and still hasn't gotten anywhere near back down to its historically common range of about $6 or less.
gold and silver are accepted as legal tender according to our gov't, of course it was illegal for citizens to own gold for a while years back, but not anymore. a store can reject whatever it wants because we have individual liberty and freedom to choose. if a store decides to operate soley on real value (gold and silver) that is their decision and free choice to do so. those who dont like it have the free will and choice to shop somewhere else. now a gov't department? they must accept paper.
Noob q you fill the machines with silver and get notes. If the notes are crap then you are loosing money? Or is the $ good and with 2 years the silver is gona be bad?
Money only has value because we say it has value. The same holds true for precious metals, they dont have any real utility except being used as a conductor. The difference is that we can be fairly confident that people will always give value to gold and desire it. It doesnt even matter if gold and silver become scarce and spread around the world it wont make any difference, all that matters is that our currency is not made out of thin air. True wealth is created from labor, it is not mined.
Raurex isn't mining for gold and silver labour in itself? You have to physically get it out of the ground. Therefore gold and silver must be true wealth according to what you are saying.
the mining is a small part of producing wealth yeah, but the gold itself isnt where our wealth comes from, it is just a store of value. Not my ideas, check out that playa' Adam Smith...
uhhhh...Well, true wealth is created from labor. Who said something like that? Karl Marx. Well, he's probably not the only one, but I've read his books. So anyway, you say, "True wealth is created from labor, it is not mined" Well, the LABOR (and thus the value in gold and silver, according to Marx) is the MINING and the scarcity which requires more LABOR to find it. Federal Reserve notes are made out of thin air, and their only value is that we recognize it. No intrinsic value.
Youtube lost my post, but the labor theory of value is a joke because the same amount of labor doesn't always go into making the same product. You could randomly find a gold nugget with no labor at all, and it would be worth as much as a gold nugget found by panning for several months.
Marx invented a hard definition of wealth because his philosophy, like many others who have been wrong, was incompatible with the reality of absolutely relative value.
Read a fed. reserve note. "This note is legal tender for all debts public and private" It's the law whether anyone likes it at the moment or not. The fact remains, whether morally right or wrong, if someone refuses to accept a federal reserve note as payment for goods or services which have been priced and listed for sale within the United States, they are breaking the law. They can be charged with a crime and probably sued on top of that. Good luck trying to pull this one off!
Legal tender is what makes an official currency official. It means a creditor must accept federal reserve notes in satisfaction of a debt.
You have that right under the "legal tender" statute which states: "United States coins and currency (Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve banks and national banks) are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues."
Businesses must accept dollars but not cash. Yes, 'plastic only' is legal.
@NDNPolice - The original idea of the bank notes was a "promise to pay gold".. because paper has no value. But when they realized they wouldn't have enough gold to pay out all of the notes they put out, they abandoned the gold standard. Silver, gold, etc are all much more stable in collapsed economies than paper that has lost its' value. So if tomorrow we fall and are trading 10 dollars for 1 euro.. your paper note is worth much less.. the silver or gold is still worth what it was before it fell
@NDNPolice: If what you say is true, then isn't any video game arcade that uses tokens (or a casino that uses chips) equally breaking the law? Basically, they are taking dollars, but just turning it into silver before it is used.
Personally, I'd rather keep the silver and pay in dollars, but oh well...
Well, I can't say what the law is, but I know that I won't go to jail if I trade you my book for a t-shirt. The legal question would be how far you can extend that kind of bartering. There may also be a question of whether or not gold and silver are money. Naturally they are, but I can't say what the courts would say as I'm not a lawyer.
Unless the Feds decide that you are doing too well by trading books for shirts, then they will arrest you unless you pay income tax on their perceived value of those shirts.
It does not say "the ONLY legal tender for all debts public and private". They are just saying "We recognize this as a valid form of tender" and no more than that.
"This note is legal tender for all debts public and private"
We are trading every day. Mostly "My time/labor for your money" - but not always!
NDNPolice is being a Statist Tool either intentionally or is a "useful idiot" trying to convince everyone they have no freedoms and MUST OBEY the Authorities. Total tool
This is a hoak, the location given is buried so deep inside a 2 mile sq Inustrial park so far off the beaten path, one would need a GPS to find it and even then they could miss it among hundreds of the warehouse strip mall offices.
Went there and never saw any such place and if it one of many vacant 800 or so SF vacant Strip mall warehouse fronts, its presence is not evident
I lived in NH for many years...Live Free Or Die, yeah right, cops jumping out from behind every tree, road blockads, megga house taxes, high electric and heating bills....here in Phoenix you hardly ever see a cop, great weather 8 months of the year..cheap electric!... its great!..
The reason the dollar is not based on gold or silver is because the bankers conspired to confiscate the country's weath as far back as 1776 and implemented a successful plan to do so in 1913. If we were still on a metallic monetary based system (gold, silver, nickel and copper), the growth of government would be severely restrained and that is a good thing, not a bad thing, as our current crisis illustrates.
The ability of the government to extract your fortune from you turns you into an economic slave. If you don't believe that, then just ask yourself, " Who is the master and who is the slave when the government can print as much as it wants for free what everyone else has to work for?"
@bentleythecat the government has to pay interest for his money, since it doesnt print it, he loans it from the federal bank, which ironically is not federal, its a private corporation, but what you said it prety close to the truth.
The government cannot print out money that doesnt exist, and are's does not do that.
If you printed out money that we couldnt back up, the value of the dollar would go down to being worthless.
This happened in Germany before, they printed out assloads of money that didnt exist, and soon people where carrying around duffel-bags full of money just so they could go grocery shopping.
@PhuckAllYouPeople If you pay attention you will find that this is exactly what's happening. Our dollar will soon be worthless. It's just starting now. Wholesale cotton prices are up 100% in 3 months. Next year, alot of people won't even be able to afford to by clothes, not to mention food, gas, pay rent, etc.

@MrHarry46 There's a reason it's called an amendment. What did the Constitution say about slavery and the representation they had? An amendment is an attempt to fix a problem. Maybe the Fed doesn't work right and is corrupt, but the Constitution was amended to make it possible.
@jjevans2009 ok well...maybe you should go catch butterflies...or sew silken slippers or ...trounce in fields of daisies..or laugh and wonder upon silken clouds. maybe you should count the fairies upon your shoulder or kiss lillies made of saffron or .......
WHAT THE FUCK EVER the reason the rothschilds took over the US Constitution in 1913 (secretly) was to STEAL CONTROL OF THE UNITED STATES MONEY SUPPLY
I wonder what happened to this trading post......the website is gone. :(

i dont get it, why does he want fed reserve notes...
MrBigEnchilada 4 months ago

Please pick up a book or something kid.

when was the last time you, personally, used silver? How about gold? I'm not talking about its industrial use (because Intel is not going knocking on your door to buy your gold to use it on it's boards and ICs). If you have this mindset (of questioning worth) you start to see what really has value in your life and what doesn't.

I am not surprised at the store being in Texas (which has somehow wanted to secede from the Union). Bottom line, America won't decline for quite a while. It is bad, but not DEVASTATING!! @hardwirecars it's legal tender which means it's good to pay off DEBTS. Technically a store can refuse to offer goods or service as long there isn't a state law in place.
crazendisturbed 1 year ago
@crazendisturbed are you sure about that becuse i remember going to a cowboys game with my dad well my dad tryed to pay for parking with a $100 bill and the guy was like we cant take that I dont have the ability to give change for that and right in front of a cop my dad goes so let me get this straight your refusing payment of legal us currency the guy said uh what and my dad drove on in and parked
cops didnt give us a second look nothing happend.
hardwirecars 1 year ago

Jimmyswan2007 1 year ago

The US dollar is indeed devalued by deficit spending.
However, silver is also being devalued by silver mining. There are several temporary spikes, but overall the real value of silver has been declining for several decades. Not as much as the US dollar, but still declining.
dgdfhfghgfhgfgffjhj 2 years ago
Actually, silver is not only a consumable precious metal. But it is by world standards in short supply. It is in every computer, cell phone, automobile, and any other electronics device you can imagine. There is currently 10 years worth of silver that has been discovered. Naturally through better technology and continued exploration more will be found. But rest assured, the current price trend on silver is not down
billabong24041 2 years ago

Raurex 2 years ago
Raurex isn't mining for gold and silver labour in itself? You have to physically get it out of the ground. Therefore gold and silver must be true wealth according to what you are saying.
Eltsacwenify 2 years ago
the mining is a small part of producing wealth yeah, but the gold itself isnt where our wealth comes from, it is just a store of value. Not my ideas, check out that playa' Adam Smith...
Raurex 2 years ago
uhhhh...Well, true wealth is created from labor. No intrinsic value.
jmelkis 2 years ago

NDNPolice 2 years ago
"been priced and listed for sale within the United States"
If they post WHAT they accept before the purchase I would think it would be OK.
When I was in the Navy, for example, the Ship Store would not accept pennies.
You could have a 'no cash-plastic only' store....
RetSquid 2 years ago
What is Legal Tender?
Legal tender is what makes an official currency official. It means a creditor must accept federal reserve notes in satisfaction of a debt.
You have that right under the "legal tender" statute which states: "United States coins and currency (Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve banks and national banks) are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues."
Businesses must accept dollars but not cash. Yes, 'plastic only' is legal.
NDNPolice 2 years ago
@NDNPolice - The original idea of the bank notes was a "promise to pay gold".. because paper has no value. But when they realized they wouldn't have enough gold to pay out all of the notes they put out, they abandoned the gold standard. Silver, gold, etc are all much more stable in collapsed economies than paper that has lost its' value. So if tomorrow we fall and are trading 10 dollars for 1 euro.. your paper note is worth much less.. the silver or gold is still worth what it was before it fell
Adeptmind 1 year ago
@NDNPolice: If what you say is true, then isn't any video game arcade that uses tokens (or a casino that uses chips) equally breaking the law? Basically, they are taking dollars, but just turning it into silver before it is used.
Personally, I'd rather keep the silver and pay in dollars, but oh well...
Rationalific 2 years ago 7
Well, I can't say what the law is, but I know that I won't go to jail if I trade you my book for a t-shirt. The legal question would be how far you can extend that kind of bartering. There may also be a question of whether or not gold and silver are money. Naturally they are, but I can't say what the courts would say as I'm not a lawyer.
jmelkis 2 years ago
Unless the Feds decide that you are doing too well by trading books for shirts, then they will arrest you unless you pay income tax on their perceived value of those shirts.
dgdfhfghgfhgfgffjhj 2 years ago
NDNPolice said "if someone refuses to accept a federal reserve note as payment for goods or services"
That, sir, is not a debt.
dgdfhfghgfhgfgffjhj 2 years ago
True and add:

Went there and never saw any such place and if it one of many vacant 800 or so SF vacant Strip mall warehouse fronts, its presence is not evident
.
A PR propaganda spin is my guess..
5 thumbs down to these Propagandists.

the reason why the dollar is not based on silver or gold is becouse there is no such amount availible to cover market needs
kristianVenlo 2 years ago
The reason the dollar is not based on gold or silver is because the bankers conspired to confiscate the country's weath as far back as 1776 and implemented a successful plan to do so in 1913. If we were still on a metallic monetary based system (gold, silver, nickel and copper), the growth of government would be severely restrained and that is a good thing, not a bad thing, as our current crisis illustrates.
bentleythecat 2 years ago 2
The ability of the government to extract your fortune from you turns you into an economic slave. If you don't believe that, then just ask yourself, " Who is the master and who is the slave when the government can print as much as it wants for free what everyone else has to work for?"
bentleythecat 2 years ago 17
@bentleythecat the government has to pay interest for his money, since it doesnt print it, he loans it from the federal bank, which ironically is not federal, its a private corporation, but what you said it prety close to the truth.
dafaucas 1 year ago
@bentleythecat

WHAT THE FUCK EVER the reason the rothschilds took over the US Constitution in 1913 (secretly) was to STEAL CONTROL OF THE UNITED STATES MONEY SUPPLY
