  • Great instruction. I appreciate the posting. I can now go into the gym with a little bit more confidence knowing that I'll know how to use this machine and hopefully without injuring myself.

  • THe first time I tried to use one of these machines alone I got a mean cramp. You definately want to use it just like the guy in the video does.

  • @PocatheDonDiva the vivo part will never happen since VIVO paid youtube tons of money for their advertisements, youtube makes money from them, which I dont think they will ever take vivo away just like that. Its Business.

  • @EternalExhile you probably might get "some" work done but this machine is useless compared to the captains chair or other free-weighted ABS exercises. I just do not see the point in using this machine, it simply sucks and non beneficial, sorri if I touched a soft spot, smart one.

  • this machine does nothing beneficial to your abs--you ARE using your ams (shoulders) mostly so no thank you___another fail advertisement.

    Here's a tip to weight loss, eat less (don't diet) and more more!!!

  • @NYMinute718 actually, this machine actually benefits your abs, its because your not using it correctly. you have to use your abs and belly to pull down, not your whole body smart one.

  • what would you do if the leg rest is fixed to the ground and it doesn't move up like yours does?

    Would you keep your legs firmly on the ground or move them up as you press down with your Abs?

  • @SypherDubstep oh yeah i agree. I'm mainly talking to people that are fairly familiar with gym's and equipment. If you are a begginer, then yeah every little inch of knowledge helps.

  • since I never use machines at the gym not so sure about this one, have been looking at h t t p : // theflexbelt. com which seems like exercise without exercise? Anybody try one of these ab belts???

  • @oliviaolas Those belts do not work. If getting a six pack was as easy as buying that belt everyone in the country would have a ripped stomach. They are a scam. You might as well spend 100 dollars on a magic wishing rock. It'll give you the same results.

  • Weird... when i do this machine, i feel my lower back, my legs, my arms, but it barely rely in my abs muscles... yeah, of course i am doing it wrong, but the professors at my gym are sleeping or eating something somewhere...

  • let me give you some advice that worked for me i was 220 lbs of fat weight and now im a 187 lb machine

    1.exercise (especailly use cardio) 2. Healthy diet ( give yourself one day a week to cheat) 3. Dedication 4. Water!!!

    5. A gym

    Do those five things and stay disciline and dedicated then youll win.

  • @Akedemix059 This machine will do nothing for your belly fat. Ab exercises are not fat burners. To lose the belly you need to eat right and do cardio. Use this machine as part of a complete strength training program. The combination of healthy eating, cardio and strength training will melt that belly, guaranteed.

  • @Akedemix059 u do not need to be toned already to use this machine. just as with any other resistance exercise a beginner can start with light weight and increase as they get stronger. I was making the point that this is not a fat burning exercise because u cant spot reduce.

  • I'm so happy i find this demonstrate abdominal, I was wondering if i did it wrong and I'm guessing i did. Because after doing the abdominal, you shouldn't feel your back aches and your thighs tired, right.

  • @cubanito48 huh. You are supposed to eat as much as possible and exercise almost every day. Plus sleep alot. But you need a good diet. I'm talking eat what you normally eat just be smart, if you work out for an hour hard and the next morning you wake up and all you have is cheerios, then you need to re do that part of your diet.

  • yes that can make them show but the only thing that matters is strong abs not looking good so ur little diet thing is not best

  • crunches... muscle mass. cardio... trims fat all over your body so you can see the definition through the decreasing layers of fat. natural exercises are good though. swimmings good conditioning exercise.

  • are you asking or telling me you tool. variation is the golden word. most humans get bored shitless running. swimming is a good variation and elongates muscles that you wouldn't normally use. just as running has it benefits. variation. if you wanna be a walking freak show... stick to the weights. you wanna be an athlete, get some variation.

  • @Rdot1992 you dont get as much muscles built doing cardio, you need to excersice your muscles as well as cardio, this excersice is very good, i got a six pack using it, more results than sit ups

  • Crunches, sit ups and bicycle crunkches are the best, TBH the sit up bar is the best thing to use, gets rid of all strain on other parts of body, i got nothing from that machine, but dint that the other things work better
