  • Hsei Hsei. China is still woefully backward in the rural provinces. The recent economic landfall for China is largely responsible from help and open markets in the U.S. In 1980, China was a backward 3rd world country. It had barely entered the "industrial revolution". Now, as "The Middle Kingdom" arises from it's 100 year "slumber", as it awakes, and clears its' mind, it should remember WHO helped them "open their eyes". Can the U.S. depend on China for the same "help"? Only time will tell.

  • lol how he speaks

  • China would like American land and assets, just not American culture and asses.

I had a Chinese friend. She had a 67 Mustang, a condo, scuba gear, and a good job-- much better material life than me. She wanted me to move to Hong Kong to help her on a major project-- she called it a disneyland-- it was a copy of American theme parks. Why would I give up what she desired to go and live where she didn't want to live-- just to make money and pretend to be like an American?

  • ... Why would I give up my favorite cake-- so that i could make more money to buy my favorite cake?

Crazy thinking. Now, why would someone (China) want to have their cake but not eat it?

"Living is not owning, or having cake; living is expressing the spirit of making cake-- and sharing it"

    ~~cc

  • Awesome ... so basically China is copy of US but rather hostile to West ... just what we need right now ...

  • Nice to see a clip were all the comments make sense.

Must be a first on youtube.

  • I feel like we might be going to war soon with China!

  • @Popinion7

Give me an email address. I want to email one of 200,000 decals I have give out free

over the last 5 years because of remarks like these. You'll see how your just hurting China.

  • @Popinion7

    Read my blogs.

  • @Popinion7

Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Singapore, etc. True, this is a very unscientific test but I've done this with larger samplings and come up with the same thing-more competing items made in other countries, even the US. Sounds strange I know, but it is true. If

your research the internet, you will find articles about manufacturing returning the the

US. I hope China becomes much more prosperous, but I also don't want to see unfair competition and currency manipulation.

  • @Popinion7

is rising because (A) there is actually a labor SHORTAGE in China. (B) Chinese workers want better wages. As a result, the cost of producing Chinese goods is rising quickly and making them less competitive. Here's just one example. Last week I bought 8 large framed pictures. Thinking they were all made in China, one the back I noticed "Made in USA". The were actually CHEAPER than similar made Chinese wall pictures. Just one example. I also saw far more stuff from...

  • @Popinion7 (cont) cost than the US. However, if China were to demand payment of US debt, the Yuan would rise and the dollar would fall. This would make US exports cheaper and Chinese exports more expensive. So the US would benefit by job creation at the expense of lost jobs in China. So on balance, both countries benefits. Any country so do what it does best. China has a lot of low cost labor, so it is good at making labor intensive goods. But what is happening now is that Chinese labor..

  • @Popinion7

China is just as depended, or even more so, on US than US is on China. For one thing, the US can produce anything China sells to the US, only at higher cost. This creates jobs in the US, but buying these US made goods at a higher prices eats up consumers money faster, but people generally have better jobs and have more money to spend. Chinese exports to the US benefit both countries a lot. China has a lot of labor and can product labor intensive goods at a lower (next blog).

  • @Popinion7

    Be specific.

  • @Popinion7

US won't make a war with China unless China attack vital US interests.

  • i know that when you print more money the price of gold goes up higher to back up the extra paper even we not on the gold standard old habbit die hard, we need war to keep the machine going now? or will war just bankrupt us further?

  • china now has more billionaires than america has. all possible under state control of the one party system. so china has become one huge oligarchy? at some point china will put americans to work and make things for them. they will become consumers of our cheap products made in america after the great american collapse. china will back the Yuan with gold and silver, spread their wealth among their 2 billion people and china will import more than they export with 10 years.

  • @Rico8458

It doesn't matter if China has more billionaires than America. So what. The net per capita in China is 1/7th that of the US, so overall, China is much poor.

  • @cabraden1 so you're using per capita to determine Chinese poverty? fair enough.

use the system to determine pollution. who pollutes more per capita (filthier people).

using the amount of pollution of a country, and dividing it with the total population of the same country, you'll see that Americans pollute more.

  • @DuhLie

Actually, China now pollutes more than the US and it has few emissions standards and

uses coal more than the US for power.

  • @cabraden1 didn't you even do the calculation?

USA has less than 5% of the world's population but produces 25% of the world's CO2, and makes 30% of the world's waste......

just imagine if you had a population of over a billion people (about 3 times more).

  • @DuhLie

    Great insight!

  • @zmyhrb thnx :)

  • @zmyhrb Trump is a very smart business man.

we are selling our selves down the river with China ... Obama is one of the worst.

Take a look at this Obama & trump interview. Trump on Obama, China, OPEC and more

  • the world hate America and europe evils pigs

  • @okeleke1

And we hate you cocksuckers, too, so that makes us EVEN. Fuck you.

  • @okeleke1

So what. Who gives a shit.

  • @nukevietgooks

    Fuck you CHICOCK.

  • @nukevietgooks

I LOVE being called an AMERICUNT as we Americans like pussy, unlike you CHICOCKS who love cocks instead.

  • @nukevietgooks

So you say China had no business nosing in others business? Bull shit - China

instigated the crisis to begin with, you stupid fuck. China is chicken-shit piece of

shit military. By the way, I'd rather be an AMERICUNT that a DICK like you. The term AMERICUNT is actually a compliment, as it implies we like pussy, which

we do, which isn't like the cocks you Chinks like to suck--American cocks. Find

a new term, the one you use is as old as the shit between your teeth.

  • @cabraden1 omfg you white whore! go live in China and you know what China is like! I live in China! GUESS WHAT? NO PROPAGANDA POSTERS! Not like in the U.S where the media propaganda shows China as the enemy! FUCK THE U.S MEDIA'S FREEDOM

  • @anymousperson1

No propaganda posters, just assholes like you who blog vicious remarks. You people are alienating the American people far more than any "propaganda posters". I have NEVER seen even one propaganda poster in my life. Why don't you tell the Chinese government to fuck themselves and see what happens to you.

  • @cabraden1 In the west the media is the propaganda. Not actual propaganda posters. The media portrays what the western public likes to hear and forms it to that way. You are so ignorant of whats going on around you.

  • @anymousperson1

All media does that, except China SUPPRESSES the media and only LETS OUT what it wants, so what's the difference?

  • @anymousperson1

Fuck China. It's filthy, polluted, dirty and crowed. Dirtiest air in the world. More pollutants than US.

  • @nukevietgooks

Your piece of shit military ran like a WHIPPED DOG when US Navy showed up during Taiwain Straits Crisis. China like to push around little countries like Tibet and Taiwan and Vietnam. Try pushing the US around, and see where that gets China. Every time US Navy show up in South China Sea, chicken shit Chinese military runs and hides.

Remember Qadafi "Ring of Death" in Gulf of Sidra? He dared US to come there. US

showed up, shot down every MIG that challenged US aircraft.

  • @nukevietgooks

PLA = Pussy Lickin' Assholes. Robert Gates talked about cutting waste, you fucking idiot, and putting that money into weapons, to make US even stronger. Go eat shit and

die. You fucking idiot, Korea was a truce. And US withdrew from Vietnam per Paris Peace Talks of 1973 two years before Saigon fell. You better go back to school you

retarded squint-eyed Chink. Fuck PLA. My 98 year old grandmother could kick their

asses, and yours. China is a piece of shit like you,

  • @nukevietgooks \

Fuck you squint eye chink. Fuck China and fuck you and the horse you rode in on.

Drink endless buckets of horse piss.

  • @nukevietgooks

Tell your commie leaders to try starting a war with US and find out who the real superpower is. Your chicken-shit military backed down and ran like a whipped dog

when US Navy carrier task force showed up during last Taiwan Straits Crisis. hahahahahahahaha

  • @nukevietgooks

Chinese like yourself better not alienate US buyers or China exports will fall and

deep recession for China - hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

  • @nukevietgooks

Read the article with the title FIVE MYTHS ABOUT CHINA'S ECONOMY, dated April 15, 2010.

  • @nukevietgooks

I'd like you to read something. Google this: FIVE MYTHS ABOUT CHINA'S ECONOMY. It's written by somebody who is obviously Chinese. Read it then get

back to me. That should shut you up about bragging about China.

  • The U.S currently has more than 3 trillion dollars in debt to china. Stfu anyone who says U.S has more money than China and the shitty US won't be able to pay back China in a long time.

  • @anymousperson1

US has over 8 thousand tons of gold in Fort Knox. China only has about 1 thousand

tons. US can sell gold to pay off China, so you don't know shit.

  • @anymousperson1

Fuck you arrogant Chink squint-eyed mother fucker.

  • I don t know the reason why Chinese people keep acting like their money will buy the number 1 spot as world super power... let me also say or clarify that USA won t fall intoo bankruptcy easily plus its very stupid when people referred to USA as White nation when the reality is that a piece of every person in the whole world live there !!! Pathetic

  • Arrgghhh, that chinese dude's way of talking is so pissing me off

  • As for the communists thinking they're invincible. They're making themselves international loners.

Europe, Russia, the U.S. and India all see China's "super power claim w/o the responsibility" and are starting to unite against China's reckless policies, both economic and foreign.

China's superpower $4mil aid to Haiti is the latest example. You don't stand by making friends with pariah states, especially if they can't deliver oil to you in a war nor consume your exports.

    Dream all you want.

  • @ru2k3bis: I've heard more from U.S. media calling China a future superpower than Chinese people making such claims.

  • @danpt2000

That's because the media in China is suppressed and so are search engines and many

web sites that voice dissent or express free opinions. Did you ever think of that?

  • @danpt2000

So what, what's you point? All media lies, that's nothing new. China suppress the media and free speech and opinion, much worse that what US media does.

  • Simply put, China's communists horde wealth, they are not setup to create it. Reciprocal trade benefits all, even if debt grows since it grows proportionally. If the world economy (namely the US) stumbles, everybody hurts but the pariah with no ability to generate wealth hurts the most since the gov'ts power is dependent on the US.

Look at Dubai, oil or cheap exports, same thing.

As for Boeing, $400 billion over 20yrs is peanuts so its no wonder China's hollow threats are being ignored.

  • It's about earth shift. Earth shift: One huge continent became 2 continents, then 5 (or 6) and then?

Did China exist when the continents were 2?

  • Minus the U.S., China has a trade deficit with the rest of the world.

Cheap labour can be replaced, the U.S. consumer market cannot. China failed to keep the world out of recession.

Aging, obesity, marriage breakdown, Uighers and a gender imbalance are just a few problems.

India will have a more educated, innovative, younger and larger population. India and the USA are democracies having much more in common than China would like.

The Chinese may not speak English but India does.

  • ru2k3bis, ur another self-praising idiot.

it's not China's duty to keep the world out of recession, it's the world's duty.

you indians like to talk a lot of smack. let me tell you about india then:

famine, caste system, income gap, HIV/AIDS, the fact that most people there live in slums, marriage to dogs, kashmiris, manipuris, maoists, lack of infrastructure, hopelessly believing in your "democracy", and hinduism are just a few problems. lol XD

  • Lastly, China's leaders think longterm for their own benefit, not the citizens (ask the 1 billion + who are still dirt poor and have no chance to rise out of it).

Should've dev their intellectuals first like India. Innovating is hard, copying is easy.

Even the Russians have said 'nyet' to China. I know, now you'll say who needs them.

China is more communist than the whites who invented it.

I give China 10 yrs, then you'll see it wane due to its arrogance. The West won't be stupid forever.

  • China's leaders have been thinking for the longterm no doubt, but for their benefit only? ask that to the 400M people who were lifted out of poverty, and only in the span of 20 years. 1B minus 400M, do the math. and as you can see, developments are continuing across China, and at a fast rate. at least we don't have the biggest slums filled with caste and hiv, but we're somehow dubbed as "non intellectuals" for it. how smart.

  • China is more capitalist than the whites who promote it. you give China 10 years? it's funny how people always "give estimates" on how long China will either rise or fall to a certain degree. the West always say "in the next 20 years, China's economy will surpass..." while China did it less than 10 years, and counting. "in the next year, China's economy will fall...." while China's economy rose even in the middle of the world's financial crises, and counting.

  • @DuhLie

Here's what will happen: China's cheap labor edge is eroding. It is outsourcing now. I live near a freight train line here in the US. Five years ago, 50% of the containers on these trains said "COSCO" (China Overseas Shipping Co). Now, on average, I see only 20-25% containers on same trains and more from other countries, especially South Korea The rest of the world is adapting and competing with China better, so China's growth rate will fall off soon. You'll see.

  • and the bottom line is, USA still owes China a huge amount of money they can't pay, AND COUNTING.

so in the economic, political, and even military aspects of the China-US relations, the one with the debt will always be the cocksucker. money makes the world go around.

and if the worst comes to worst, any affect on a major country will affect the other.that's globalization for you.

  • You sound like a little kid. Try 1.4 billion - 400 million. The 400 million who aren't dirt poor barely qualify as middle class.

Money isn't real, but you'd know that if you were educated. The U.K.'s debt is nearly 300% of GDP and they're hardly bankrupt.

I don't worship the Great Walmart of China so I'm whitewashed, typical Asian insecurities. Better go get some more western brands so you feel like you're worth something.

Russia and India develoe the T-50, SCO is for show. Wake up.

  • uk? aside from the uk, pretty much every other country is going to excel past the usa lol!

yeah, you aint white washed. you just love the idea of the great walmart of india because they can speak english......

meanwhile, Chinese companies are slowly buying American companies...

lol, russia only needs themselves to develop the t-50. sco is a "show" of force ;) and india isn't part of it.

  • Read up on the gold standard and see why debt has no true meaning in the global financial house of cards.

You truly do not understand globalization. China pegs to the USD, the USD falls, EVERYTHING becomes more expensive for China. China would run up deficits like there's no tomorrow, the same as if the US decided not to prop up China's economy by importing crap.

  • watch?v=8BJ42OcVRNM

spoken like a true american! lol!!

    or this one:

    watch?v=NkEtArDFNYA

i may "not understand globalization" better than you, but i'm pretty sure you're not in the league of the guys in these videos LOL!

great us of a, is great no more.

  • @DuhLie

China is FORCED to buy US debt to sell its products because the US is the ONLY country with a big enough consumer market to absorb Chinese goods in huge quantities. The US, on the other hand, is not forced to BUY Chinese goods. You'd better wake up

as to who really has the upper hand.

  • @DuhLie

And China can't sell nor stop buying US debt because there's no other consumer market in the world large enough to absorb so many Chinese imports. If China sells

US treasury bills, it will devalue dollar, make US exports cheaper (raising US exports) /and Chinese exports more expensive (hurting Chinese exports). So China better watch what is does also. China will be screwing itself if it tries to sell

large amounts of US debt or stop buying it.

  • @cabraden1 bottom line, if China gets screwed, the US gets screwed too :)

hmm, makes me wonder. China might just as well screw with itself just for that purpose hehehe.

  • @DuhLie

Actually, China would be screwed a lot more. Here's why. Over 50 percent of US public debt is held by US citizens. Of the other 45 percent or so, China holds about

1/3rd of that, or about roughly only 1/7th of all US debt. The US would come out

better if China cashed in all its US debt because China would go into a deep recession with rising currency, a huge drop in exports, plant layoffs, etc. China is

dependent on the US more so than the other way around.

  • @cabraden1 one basic universal rule on what to do to people who cannot pay their debt......don't do business with them.

good luck on your "trillions" lol.

wait until you see when China focuses on their domestic market, which is now starting..

  • @DuhLie

China has all the things you list plus more because it's population is larger than India's.

Yes, India is still a developing country, but so is China, and developing countries can

grow faster than developed countries like the US. If the US stopped buying Chinese goods, the Chinese economy would be in a world of deep shit.

  • and we may not speak as much English as indians, but that's because, unlike india, China has never been fully colonized by the british, and we don't bow down to them. lol, non-native english speakers are more proud of speaking english than their own language haha!

english ain't even the most spoken language. it ain't going to be the universal language any time soon.

    poor english telemarketers....

  • Surprise, surprise. I'm Chinese but unlike most, I'm not mesmerized by the promises of Walmart. Any monkey can make a pair of pants or glue together a television. You realize that Silicon Valley was built with a large majority of Indian help?

China had its chance but the old guys screwed up by trying to copy the west, right down to their mistakes.

  • btw, you're just another Asian turncoat, safely praising the propaganda spewed out by those who couldn't care less whether you exist while enjoying the benefits of freedom from the very country.

Sorry, but Hollywood and Bollywood will have more influence than the PLA.

Sorry but the U.S.A. is the only country on the planet that has the ability to make or brake nations. Learn much? China is the self-proclaimed superpower with its billion+ market yet its still waiting for America to rescue it.

  • For an Asian, you really are uneducated. Good payings jobs in China? Perhaps if your family is a member of the communist party, otherwise you're just slave labour. If the RMB were valued properly, corporate America would just move to another country offering to pimp out its citizens. Don't get too caught up in the hype, China can be replaced.

Don't forget about the 24-40million men who won't be able to get married thanks to the geniuses running China. A person w/ nothing to lose is deadly.

  • america needs China's money, yet you say China needs america to get rescued?

if the rmb were valued properly? yeah, the keyword is "if". now you're neck is tied around a noose. but the cheap labor should be and will be shifted to another place anyways.

i didn't know how you ended up talking about bachelors, but those guys can always go to your country and get some, they don't even need to get married. maybe just use em as a drain hole.

    usa can make or "brake"?

    China's rise won't "brake".

  • Aren't we the player. Typical Chinese arrogance, move up a little bit, then suddenly you're better than everyone else.

You really think society's bottom feeders are going to buy wives? Watch Iran and that's just the tip of the social unrest China will face.

India has stated it plans on stealing China's low labour industries, with a floating currency half the value of the RMB, they may actually do it.

Russia and India are forming military lliances as both see Chinese boarder encroachments.

  • if India plans to steal China's cheap labor industries, then them, as you say, "developing their intellectuals first" has definitely been for a good purpose hahah!!

China and Russia are in SCO. and China is good friends with Pakistan :)

you're one of those white-washed "asians" who think you're more asian than the ones living in asia, while able to speak, and love, the english language only. nice one.

  • Its clear you have no understanding of FIN ECON or POL, you're one of those Asians who leaches off other Asian accomplishments.

China's stimulus has created excess capacity. Read up on the USSR.

America and Europe are awakening and ignore China's hollow threats of cutting off Walmart.

China will never be a significant power if it always follows (particularly in culture). Asians here have a higher sense of culture than the ones overseas striving to be seen as Westernized.

  • China will buy U.S. $ because it has no choice. Greenback tanks, RMB follows it and everything else gets obscenely expensive. Bye surplus, hey civil strife!

Fear is temporary, Greed is eternal. Those with power want more and won't give it up. As China gets richer, ppl will serve their own interests, not the gov'ts. See N.K spec econ zone.

A Democratic China with a floating currency will benefit its citizens and the world with reciprocal trade.

China now is merely talk and a follower

  • Can't wait to see what sound bites you parrot next. Perhaps "Asian Pride"?

Sad, sad disease we Chinese have. So easily are we brought to being smug, or perhaps its some historic inferiority complex that can only be abated with rented BMWs, LV purses and anything made by whites? This complex may explain why China is been picking fights with all its neighbours.

Peace is to China's benefit (authoritarian or democratic), too bad the shrivelled old men have to prove their potency.

  • @ru2k3bis

You are one Chinese guy I truly respect - something I find hard to do with the arrogance

    of some.

  • Better learn Chinese yourself if not your children as better paying jobs will be in China or trading with China. AND, Most Chinese in China don't speak English !

Good luck to your children's future.

  • CAn someone translate Chinglish?

  • China's economy will keep growing around 8% for a long long time. The Asian region is growing. China has a growing domestic demand. The Chinese are long term planners, they will ensure they all the resources to get where they want to go.

  • just got minqi li's book.. i suggest to read it with Giovanni Arrighi (long 20th century and adam smith in beijing) along with his antisystemic movement book

  • The Chinese and U.S. governments are both acting against the interests of all people, in USA and in China. The Chinese government needs to stop buying U.S. treasury bills and the U.S. government needs to stop taxing its citizens to finance this worthless paper. Ordinary Americans and Chinese are both paying a heavy price for these disastrous policies.

  • Get back to work slave. Get back to work and pay for this mistake of your masters!

  • And this from someone from Germany????

  • if you assholes just would;ve voted for RON PAUL for president, then we could've solved this problem already with china... LOSERS!!! GO RON PAUL...

  • absolutely nothing to do with this

  • So basically America has there dick in China's mouth and China has there dick in America's ass and in a few years this orgy of capitalist greed and social exploitation is going to come to an end at the price of the world. Now if thats not sexy I don't know what is.

  • China: stop. Just fucking STOP. Stop buying U.S. treasuries, or you will sink yourselves along with America.

Just STOP. It's not that hard. Really, it isn't.

  • Leave Britanny Spears alone! just leave her alone...

  • This guy is saying the US has bad credit and max out our China credit card.

  • many of us are so accustomed to such an easy going life made possible by credit. we must learn to live without our means.

  • Thank god for the subtitles :-|

  • the truth is the usa is not a financial superpower any more .since it's subprime scam was pointout by investor who lose billion's in is ponzi scam CALL SUBPRIME has DIE. No more cheap credit or free credit those day's are gone! if people don't have money they just wont be able to eat .the USA was is ONLY a military superpower but with weponology people can't eat a Gun.this so sad to see and obama isn't going to change anything he's just a good liar !!but he will burn in hell !!

  • You all have to accept that We have no Democracy in the USA. We are fooled into believing that we are free. We are slaves. Communism is a good philosophy but it is too extreme and people are too greedy for it to be applied to work same goes for Democracy. Any Gov. can work if applied correctly. We need Moral Principle and Religion. We need REAL LEADERS. Obama seems great but time will tell if he will succeed. I hope to God he does. don't use this against me I voted for the guy. ;)

  • I thought the situation was very well explained.

  • chink's english pronounciation killing me.

  • Notice China's goods recently was reported poisoned and bad? first it was the toxic tooth paste, then toxic gingers, then deadly tomatoes, and then now the milk, not to mention about the recent 7.8 magnitude earth quake that hit China (that was caused by HAARP) I think somebody is jealous and tries to sabotage China's reputation and growth in business, who can that be?......take a guess.

  • Wake up, the US and China are joined hand in hand. The US is not trying to sabotage China, they have brought the biggest profits ever to american corporations! If anything it's China who is the upstart with comments like "the world needs a new non-dollar financial system" Of course they do, because who controls the currency, controls the world. Everyone is to blame for those toxic products, the answer is not to buy anonymous shit made half way across the world.

  • What is America's trouble with Cuba?

The American stance is they are communist and evil because of their political system.

Double standard: Why does so many American dollars go to Communist China market? We assume billions in debt increased month by month with China. And why do conservatives love Walmart's business model. Most items are from China. Why is Cuban communism worse than China's? We don't hear of human rights violations from Cuba so much, that's another point. Help! Know!

  • Good comment. I've wondered why we are so willing to work with communist China when in our not so distant past, the U.S. wanted to make the world "safe for democracy."

  • Wars have nothing to do with ideology. They're a battle for resources and power.

  • Political ideology is all about resources and power. I'm not sure you've made such an incredible distinction here.

  • @TheJawsusNSexmanShow

You're right about that, 99% of the time. But some wars are good over evil and in fact,

    are ideological or religion based.

  • What would happen in the dollar fell even more and opec decided to trade in the Euro?

  • well that is one of the reasons why the u.s. attacked Iraq NOW and not before that.. and the reason why they want to attack Iran .. because Iraq wanted to trade in Euro because of its higher value than dollar, which actually makes economic sense for the Iraqis but that would be very bad for the U.S. , therefor the u.s. had no other choice but to attack.. and it will attack Iran unless they stop doing the same thing and stop their new world trade center in Iran

  • What would happen in the dollar fell even more and opec decided to trade in the Euro?

The US will bomb OPEC, like they did to Iraq.

  • lol funny predictions. Like the world will eventually withdraw from US dollar for sustainability, and US will attack everyone. Lol

  • The Dollar will go the way of the Continental Read your history books you Dumb arse Yank...

  • Wow.. obviously you've read the history book too many times, cause I guess the work "Joke" is in there too huh?

  • So Yank how many Fiat currencies have ever survived throughout history.. Try ZERO Nixon fucked you over in dropping the Brenton Woods agreement. Now you get to to pay up..

It makes me laugh as im debt free and have 2 rental homes with no mortgage's.. Just smile and wave boys ...smile and wave....

  • I didn't want to say this, but now that the American economy is failing, it's bringing Australia down as well.

You say you have 2 rental homes? They ain't gonna worth a squat in a few years, so liquidate them now to minimize loses. The debt ratio in Australia is over 160% with excessive falling prices. Check out "Professor Keen on Australian Economy" video by SentientSight.

  • I sold a third place i had last year because the value was insane and it was negatively geared anyway.

I was planning to wait about 5 to 8 years to catch the next mad wave of house prices. I have that money in Cash waiting to see what to do with it. in the short term.

The 2 i still have are getting net returns of 7% which seems

fine to me. I know the debt ratio here is crazy and the Government is just throwing cash at the problem. Ill watch your recommended video..

  • Yep Professor Keen is right on the money.

  • Why do you say Yank and curse an entire nation and not just address user j124life when that user is who you have a problem with and not the entire USA.

  • Ask him about potential shifts in global political economy in relation to Chinese trade relations.

  • Salt Lake City!?!?

  • Yes, we actually have Chinese Americans who live in lots of cities and states... maybe even Ohio. ;)

  • Suprise Suprise. its 2009. There are Chinese Americans

  • all 2012 doom prophesiers must commit mass suicide if we're all going to die anyways why not?

Because there's zero chance your wrong. Why not?

  • ha!

  • the student becomes the master..

  • Interesting! Saudi Arabia is selling oil to the West and then with the oil revenue received it re-invest or lend its income back to the West and earns interests on it (and we complain why fuel price are always at high).

Meanwhile, US has heavily invested and shifted most of its goods production line to China, and every penny earned out of China exports are re-invested back to buy US debts (and the Feds are happy cutting interest rates).

I feel pity for the majority Chinese people.

  • no u dont
