  • Get a V-Rod and waste that damn truck. VALKYRIES are awesome, they just are'nt drag bikes. Even though that truck was completely tuned it's ass off.

  • try that from a 'ROLL'...hahahaha gotta love my HONDA HUMOR*...VALKYRIE RULES.

  • i don't give a f..k about power to weight ratio talk. listen to that valkyrie roar.Music to my ears, 100 % earporn right there. Thank you very much indeed

  • THIS IS A HOAX. Why is it that guys driving trucks think that they have a prayer of a chance of beating even a slow bike? It's simple physics- power to weight ratio. The Valkyrie would certainly have been in the next county before this rattling, clanking smelly monster had even have got off the starting line. If you were driving a backhoe- would you race a supercharged Honda Civic- probably not if you weren't blitzed on 'crack' or a total dumbass..

  • @MrFelim What you say about power to weight ratio is correct but there's another element to the equation and that is traction. The bike with only one wheel loses the advantage of power to weight ratio against high powered cars that can get the powere onto the ground and therefore accelerate faster and might even have less top speed. However unless the car is in the supercar category I agree that the bike will generally win.

  • What would a Valkyrie RUNE have done at 1800 cc's ?

  • go honda :)

  • what a sound !!!

  • The Valkyrie won, faster time.

As far as the slow start, you can't see the tree perhaps it was a bracketed (delayed) start. A set handicap.

  • @kevindk2003 Actually, the truck won the race because it passed the finish line first. Notice that the truck's time shows up first along with a vertical bar of lights indicating the winner. The truck won with a slower time because of the Valkyrie's delayed start (maybe an intentional handicap for bracket racing, or the rider just reacted slowly).

  • I just watched again and noticed that the reaction times are displayed on the boards before the times show up. Valkyrie: 1.192s; Truck: 0.690s. The bike rider simply reacted slowly.

  • whahahaha valkyrie rulezzzzz

    dodge sssssssuckssssssssssss

  • what kind of sick power does it take to get a DIESEL dodge to do that???

i know that its a new era in diesel power, but is that a typo or really a diesel?

  • I would rather have the room and safety of the Ram,they are a real nice cruiser as well and still be able to beat or barely lose to a 2 wheel death trap the stupid bike is...I dont like having bird crap fly in my mouth or worry about every stupid pot hole, nor worry if I am out and it rains,The Ram is the ultimate cruiser...

  • get a full face helmet then rtard you won't have to worry about shit flying in your face

  • fail

  • The guy didn't do a great job of riding the bike, either. He pulls away from the tree like he's going to the store for milk.

Spool up the turbo, and launch the bike correctly, and it would be a real race!

  • i'd expect the bike to run that time... but the truck must be pretty powerfull to get that time with all its weight.

  • Yeah you can get over 1000HP/Torque out of a diesel and it still be MOSTLY street able using propane, nitrous, programers, exhaust, all the other gadgets and widgets.

  • The bike should run quicker. Honda claims that it can run 12.34 in the 1/4 mile. This is true.... I ran 12.37 at 103 MPH on mine.

  • it was the other way around valkerie won but tha truck was faster 105mph-100 but line em up again spool the turbo and i beat the truck will win.

  • LOL...the valkerie lost, it ran a faster et but the dodge crossed first...Cummins power!!!

  • this statement makes no sense. The faster ET would have crossed the finish line first. Because thats what an ET is "elapsed time" Start to finish therefore the lower ET is Quicker to cross the line, IE FIRST

  • My statement made plenty of sense, the bike had a faster et then how did the dodge cross the finish line first? REACTION TIME.If the bike would have cut a good light he would have beat the dodge. Driver error. If you watch the vif again the dodge actually won cause he cut a better light than the guy on the bike.

  • So what does that have to do with Diesel power????

  • Aside from the dodge getting a slight advantage in the reaction time.. you might want to consider looking at how much the bike weighs vs. the truck. E.T. still means that cut and dry the bike had a 12.7 and the truck a 12.9, corrected R.T.- which is amazing. Pushing a brick like you would a bullet, thats diesel power. Its not sensible, we do it cause we can.. not cause everyone does.

  • @hotdiesel1

I am as much a diesel freak as you are, and I love fast trucks, but that truck is to my Ford Ranger as that Valkyrie is to my VFR. My Viffer will run an 11.22 at 119.8, and this thing is running in the low 12's. I weigh 530 wet, and the Valk weighs almost 740 (!). I have 110HP, and it has about 100. The viffer isn't built for drag racing, and neither is the Valk, but the fact that it can run in the low 12's is simply astounding!

  • ha ha the valkarye beat the souped up dodge.

  • What a power!! Nice sound , nice power , nice bike :D

  • !!!good man!!!VERY GOOD!!!
