These devices do work...but in a different way! The basic principle behind it is very simple! Its based on the fact that the American public is very gullible and the time is ripe for the picking! Therefore they work and make the scammers rich. They do not save any fuel nor do they increase the gas mileage!

You can run an engine on Hydrogen..but you can't use that same engine to make more hydrogen while you're driving and expect an energy gain. In other words the whole 'run your car on water' business is a scam. You have to make the hydrogen somewhere else, using another source of energy. (Usually grid electricity, which is mostly COAL).

No progress in 100 years. Let's see,the space shuttle is hydrogen powered. The military uses hydrogen fuel in airforce 1, all of our ICBM's are hydrogen powered, hmm seems the military has been using HHO for as long as people have been arguing it doesn't work. The new battle tank,is hydrogen powered,no diesel just water in the cells. The 1st patent for hydrogen fuel cells came out in 1916,I wonder why it hasn't been made available to the public.OPEC comes to mind.

If you want to impress me, take any size engine connect it to an alternator. See if you can use the alternator to make enough HHO to run the engine. You will need a battery to get the alternator started charging. If that could be done it would show that HHO will supply more energy than the alternator pulls from the engine, allowing an increase in MPG.

And Please no bullshit about hho improving the combustion of gasoline, That is not true.

Purdue University established the facts that it worked, so did MIT. There is no proof, anywhere, that HHO can improve MPG. if a small engine can not turn an alternator to make the HHO to run the engine. There is no way it can increase MPG. If it can't even run it self.

Tell me where I can claim the $1 million and I'll post a picture in the New York Times collecting the check, because my car does easily 30-40% more MPG and I have the simple converter installed. Now I'm an economist, not a car specialist or even a scientist, but I know how to count and how to keep track of gas input vs. miles output. There is nothing else under my hood that would justify the increase other than the converter.

Because that "contest" is a scam in itself. There is also a long list of rules that an engine running on hydrogen and gasoline cannot meet. That and the $5000 dollar entrance fee just to show it to them. What a joke. You don't want people to get scammed but then you are also referring that they enter a contest that is a scam. It does imporove combustion of the gasoline it burns hotter and burns fully, while gasoline over half the energy is wasted, and no im not saying this because I sell this crap, im saying this becuase people like you whos discourage are whats keeping other people from experimenting and making progress with this technology... and no I dont have one in my car, I built one but realized its more fun to just blow shit up with the hydrogen :D

Guys and Gals Parago Exports could be like everyone else trying to sell you the plans on HHO for 50-300 bucks but instead its 10. I am sure everyone here waste ten bucks a month on something you dont need, well here is a chance to spend 10 on something that will save you plenty in the long run. Yes, it will work on big trucks, diesel's. You may need to build two and hook both to the engine.  Yes, you still must change your oil on a regular bases.

Oh my, should have looked at the comments I guess. Well Russ, the thing is, this converter works. It's very inexpensive to put together and install. $25 will do it for ya. It takes a lot of time to research, test, experiment, test again, run to the store to find the right gauge stainless steel wire, the best glue and what have you. Now if Mr. Ford or Mr. Bell would have given their inventions to the American populace, I would feel embarrased now. But they didn't and many of our buyers agree.

I know the person who worked long and hard to build this. He wanted to invent one, that would not take a rocket scientist to make and or a rich person to afford. I have seen it work and it may not be the prettiest one around (its under the hood of the vehicle, so who cares) but it is the most inexpensive and affective one I have seen.

People will end up spending more money than the small asking price; by spending time researching it, making mistakes in building it and etc......Time is money too.

I disagree again; all the information is available for free with just a little research. If some people are too lazy to do the simple research themselves then you can sell it to them, it's their choice. If I had the spare time I would gather the information and consolidate it on a website to give it away to the public. The more people that experiment with this technology, the sooner it will be available for mass production.

Everywhere you look while doing research for this, someone is trying to profit from the information that they find just by searching Google.
