@1952kid - Bosco pancake syrup is made by the same company, which also still produces the original chocolate syrup as well as berry blue, strawberry, caramel, and sugar free flavors.

I had a nun in school whose name was Sister Bosco------the class thought we so original in 1961 giving her a jar of Bosco for Christmas---She said she had gotten one every year for about 10 years!

@TheStanbabe Wow - Cocoa Marsh! One of the sponsors of the Boston area version of Romper Room (with Miss Jean Harrington as hostess). In addition to the ones you named that remain, they also have various store brands of chocolate syrup (Stop & Shop, Safeway, Aldi's, Kroger's, etc). Cocoa Marsh was also a sponsor of the Boston area version of Bozo the Clown (Channel 5, WHDH-TV, at that time a CBS affiliate; now it's an NBC station).

The voice is so familiar, he just died in his 90's pretty sure, was on so many movies doing bit parts, and radio work.

Anyone know who he is?

I think he last lived in Connecticut or New York City.

He also did some cartoon characters.

This is an older Bosco Commercial , seems to be mid to late 1950's. This is a kinda rare one with the cows at the end,and i remember this one on TV .

My favorite as a kid in the 60's and 70's, you can still find it online to buy. If I tried it now I would probably not be impressed as tastes buds change. But it was the sweet syrup and Hershey's in the can was the one that tasted more like chocolate but not as sweet. This commercial with it's "extra energy" cracks me up, that means more sugar! It also is like that old SNL mockumercial with John Belushi running the marathon and asked what his secret is, "little chocolate doughnuts", lol!
