Invisible War is an above average game (imo) but when you follow one of the best games ever made with just an above-average game, you are asking for trouble! So I understand why people are so angry about Deus Ex: IW and call it a terrible game (it certainly wasn't terrible).

Yes, though it can result in the game crashing if you attempt to see Billie in the Order Mosque when you first visit Cairo. This is confirmed on the 360, unconfirmed on the PC.
