@910823170 we'll have to wait and see, the info I have is unofficial, though highly likely authentic, because turrets on Dominion map deal less dmg than Turrets on Summoner's Rift, so Garison would make Turets on SR would become IMBA with Garison on them...

Me likey. So these 5 turrets are like regular turrets, with the difference that you channel an opponent's turret into neutral, and then into yours, instead of beating it into destruction.
