While I agree that this treatment is unbearable for me to see, it seems like this is the only way this monkey gets food. The problem is, if they are bred in captivity at a very early age, they don't even know how to fend for themselves. It's a problem a lot of primate conservation employees encounter. These situations are more delicate than most understand.
