Gurbani invites us for gyaan-dhyaan and has left the decision of what to eat, listen, touch, see and smell to our personal choice. Gurbani vichaar changes us from within and rebuilds core of our personality, empowers us to make spiritually wise choices when facing real world situations. Gursikhs are advised to keep away from debates like this.
