They are eerie sounding. There's one state that has a talking siren. Like the weather guy you here on police scanners and what not ya know?? And people say it sounds like G*D talking from the heavens. Imagine how eerie that would be.
I love tornadoes tho. Their dangerous but pack so much power that their just amazing to see.

tornados a rare in my town....we have no warning siren...that should be changed tho....the weather has been doing some weird shit so its not impossible
We hardly use to have tornadoes but then every year, we started having more and more till we got hit big time back in '02 (2 F4's simultaneously). So they installed new sirens.
Tornadoes are mothers natures beauty for us, just like they have earthquakes for the westcoast and hurricanes for down here on the coast.. Their magnificent to watch form and their totally dangerous too. Thats where the attraction comes from for most. My town got wiped out by two just 30 mins. apart from each other back in '02. They were both F4 Tornadoes.

Its cuz we dont get tornados just hurricanes and you get a week to prepare for those. I guess they figure if after a week you dont know a hurricane is on the way youre a dumbass and should probobly die anyway so you cant breed any more idiots lol.
thats some eerie shit. closest i ever got to a tornado was a few hours after it happened. flying j in cheyenne. was a mess.
