  • @rhinozzo no no mate def not, should only be your abs, if your back is aching i suggest putting a light cushion under your lower back to raise you up a bit

  • @JoinTheCollective im twelve, nearly thirteen and can do 3 sets of 10 push ups and i am yet to try this out, i cant wait to get back into shape. you see its the cricket season and i need to be on top of my form as i am one of the best bowlers for my club, and even for the city team
