"Oh look, I drink beer and/or have arguements with my wife every week". Arrested Development, Curb, Futurama, Family Guy... they're all brilliant, but I've watched Family Guy with an American and he still managed to not find the genuine funny stuff funny - he managed to laugh really hard at a swear word and a fart joke: a testament to your nations intelligence.

I was talking about the use of laugh tracks as testament (the IT crowd was only an example). @yalreetdeeyas Overall, I agree with you that British television is better. I am a huge fan of Skins& the Mighty Boosh, and I've always been obsessed with MP's Flying Circus. Although I don't know what all the fuss is about over "Being Human." That show is ridiculously bad, it looks like they took the werewolf scenes from Thriller.
@judgeourjah I missed Being Human... is it supposed to be funny or are you on about television in general? Respect for liking the Boosh pal. Julian Barratt is a Northern genius haha. Skins is good, but The Inbetweeners is more realistic to how teenagers live... it's cringe, but worth a watch if you can.
