basically just hold a button when attempting to climb run or just plain getting away, you seem to press it as you begin to touch the wall just hold "a" run up and the action will do the rest as long as you continue to hold it

RT + A = run faster, if you run towered a wall you'll also climb it

RT + B = Tackle/Push people while running

RT + X (While Fighting) = Counter attack, it normally is a one hit kill

After you kill someone, aim at another, attack him and it will be a one hit kill, repeat until they're all dead

Desmond is an assassin. The guy you were following at the begining is altair. 16 was the person using the animus in the abstergo headquarters before desmond. And the controls are easy once you get used to em.
