What all do you need to do so that you can submit your tape to twin galaxy? I don't wanna get a good score and screw up the taping somehow. Thanks.
@CraigARG How true you are. I got 10k but can't send to twin galaxy cus my file is too big. I've been looking for a good compressor to get it down to the 10mb that tg takes.
Are you using WolfMAME106 to record your attempts? It should way be way less than 10 mb. Just make sure that you zip the INP + WLF files before you use the web based submission form.
@CraigARG Hey, I just got around to getting wolfmame working with my xarcade. I was wondering how many times you can submit for a dk high score and 1-1 high score for mame. I don't want to submit current high score unless I can go for a higher score.

@CraigARG Damn. I haven't been doing the 1-1 in awhile. I'm working on over all total score. I did 593,900 but didn't have it recording. I have 332,600 being verified right now. I was just checking my x-arcade controller with the 4 vs 8 way controls and didn't record when I switched it back to 8 way controls because I was going to just check and make sure it was working and ended up playing through and getting the 593,900 score. I was happy and pissed at the same time. I took a picture though.
@CraigARG I was wondering how long it took to verify a score and did you have to print that paper and sign it? I just submitted a score a couple of days ago and was wondering if took a while to verify?
2) Now for the time when to grab the bottom hammer. I would recommend at 3200 (cause it's when the barrels begin to get more easily controlled) and that's when the fireball get faster (you no more can point press correctly when fireballs run faster). But it depends on the situation, but 3200 is the general time to grab it.
If you want to beat my score, you have to take risks, and try a lot. It can be frustrating, but as long as you do it for fun, it's alright ;). Like me, just try a lot!
1) Yeah it's a real pain to group on 1-1 ( in the beginning ). When the timer reach 3200, you can see that fireballs run faster and barrels are a lot easier to control. There is a lot of luck involved in barrel control in the beginning, cause ya, it's pretty hard to control them. That's why I recommend you to point press more with the fireball (even if it's a lot riskier, that's this way you make the most point. Fireball + 1 barrel = 300, so it's always good).
I'm Vincent Lemay, the twingalaxies world record holder for 1-1. You did a great job, it's hard to get 10k+, but once you get it, you only can improve yourself. Just keep practising ;). What I would recommend you is to point press more with the fireball and take less time to climb ladders.
Thanks for the tips. I watched your inp a few days ago actually for your 11.8k score, quite impressive. I still have trouble with grouping on 1-1, but apparently it's pretty hard to barrel control well on that board. Around what time left on the bonus timer do you think is the most optimal for grabbing the bottom hammer?
