I am not blind I read the chat box also that says you gained one talent point and 2643 exp it is edited it also list the ups on stats if you look all one level worth

Duh he started with a level one and an attack, then leveled the toon to level 70 miss 2600 exp and did the same attack and ding he is level 70. if you notice the chat say you gain one level and one skill point but he does not have the skill point flashing on the bottom. LOL good edit though it is seemless :D
