@tootsiegirl14 Let me rephrase. I dont care when people give constructive criticism or say something with a just cause. Saying "that was bad" has no reason. WHY is it bad? Sayingim bad at "lipsinging" isn't right. It is spelled lip-syncing. I didn't say rude things back. I corrected their misspellings and asked for a reason why the video was bad. I don't find that to be rude :]

import your video. drag it to the timeline. go to the effects folder. [this might be in a different spot depending on what version you have] there should be an effect called something like double speed, or speed up. click that and drag it to the clip you want to speed up. it might freeze and look bad when you are making the video but once it is published it will be better. wmm isnt a great program and cant handle a million effects plus playback. once its published itl be fine. hope that helps
