  • what is kappa?

  • @celeriacmarcus Kappa is essentially just tapioca - it's a root vegetable similar to Yams but it's a bit more starchy and usually made savoury :)

  • @celeriacmarcus It's most comparable to potatoes (as far as root vegetables go), but it's more fibrous once cooked.

  • @UndarthAngipoo

thanks. I'm learning to cook Indian food and having a great time with it.

  • Pathetic. She is not saying anything on what she is doing or using; no smile on her face either. The idiot who is explaining in his Brit-mix English is sleeping in between his words. Why would she appear in an attractive sari with lot of gold ornaments to demonstrate her cooking?

  • @Kesh2569 Jealousy and Ignorance aren't good traits to demonstrate in public. Now go eat some kappa & meen curry.

  • Both the sari and the food is nice

indian cuisine is so interesting since the same spices can be use in different combinations and quantity, it is a God given gift and taste, that's why people of different races are crazy about indian food all over the world. vive india.

  • I have to go and buy a sari before I cook. I don't think the food would taste as good without the cook wearing a sari.

  • hmm i wouldn't serve it right away.. fish needs some hours to absorb the flavours.. i would have it over night and reheat it.

  • irawki nalla saapida yelum kappi and meen curry
