Pal - being born in NJ doesn't mean someone is bound by law to root for the Yankees. This isn't Soviet Union circa. 1962. And rooting for Yanks must be akin to rooting for the dealer in Vegas. More relevant is spending $441MM on free agents, having a payroll 60% higher than any AL team. And just like a NYY fan to make it a racial issue - um, how about Papi, Martinez, A-Gon, R. Ramirez, Dice-K, Okajima? Do your rotisserie league opponents allow you to spend 60% more than them on players?
