  • my son was just diagnosed with EE, he is only 6 months old, I started feeding him solids at three months old the doc told us to do that because of his severe diareah since birth and severe reflux they thought thickining his food would make it work, it didn't, then they put him on zantac, then prilosec, at highest dose didn't work, then he started screaming through every food, EVERY FOOD, and his eyes have always swelled when he eats but now he is getting rashes from just the touch of food

  • Why does he have a feeding tube? My daughter has E.E. and we simply have to avoid the foods she is allergic too. We avoiding all major allergens right now and soon we'll start food trials that will hopefully identify the specific trigger. How severe are Johnnie's allergies? How did you know to diagnose so young? My daughter had frequent vomiting that her ped said she'd outgrow. After diagnosing her with asthma, I said enough and did my own research and sought a 2nd opinion, which led us to EE.

  • @sunnymamac he has a feeding tube so that food can go into his stomache without him having a HUGE allergic reaction
