  • You use the sumo stance on these lifts. Do you prefer the sumo stance which powerlifters usually use or the regular shoulder width stance. I am a football player.

  • We recommend the conventional stance for most athletes including football players.

  • Thank you for this tutorial. It helps when technique is broken down to display fundamental mechanics. Besides strengthening specific areas of this lift it will also assist me in synchronized motor-unit skills. Thank you, once again.

    P.s. Maybe, you might put a similar video up for a hang clean :).
