If there's a song that requires more than ten notes to be played on a piano it's obviously impossible for one person to play it. However if you were to split it into two parts you could play one and then the other and sync them together to create the song.

I'd just like to try and settle some of the debate here. To the best of my knowledge, AtalayaC is right. This isn't "Faerie's Aire and Death Waltz," nor is it entirely "U.N. Owen Was Her?" Someone mashed together a bunch of songs including "U.N. Owen Was Her?," and the result was this - an entirely unplayable song, similar to the way that "Faerie's Aire and Death Waltz" was unplayable. That is why (I think) it is called "Death Waltz."

The reason it was commonly known as death waltz is because some uploader, Guerap7 or something, uploaded the video of some midi player from niconico playing this, and it got a few hundred thousand views, and it spread, so. The original title given to the song by Cool&Create translated is Brutal Devil's sister Flandre or something. No relations whatsoever to John's satirical song except that they're both incredibly hard.

Owen Was Her?" song from a game called Touhou. a group called COOL&CREATE then made a remix of this song of the same name. somebody else then made a piano arrangement based on this remix of "U.N. Owen Was Her?" and the result was something virtually impossible to play.
