well, there was on 4D train, a four carriage set that was often coupled with a 3 set Comeng. It also couldn't go on all lines as a lot of lines had bridges too low for it.
I rarely do train vids. The only reason I did this one was I had just returned from a Farscape convention in Sydney and since I've seen many other vids of this type here, I decided to add my 5 cents. The next time I'll be on a train is mid January 2008.
Because it would cost billions to restructure many of the city's stations and tunnel heights.

melbourne used to have double deck trains. they had soo many problems they were withdrew from service in 2002. they were called the 4D trains
