@brianbela Let's take one of Dr. Paul's proposed cuts: the Department of Education. What would happen if we cut it? Would children who can't afford private school suddenly be left out of the education system? No, not at all. In fact, it would put the public education system entirely in the hands of state governments, where it belongs. Each state would have the authority to pursue the public education model that fits best for their constituents, rather than a uniform, inelastic, FAILED model.

After all, going to war on falsified or misrepresented intelligence is beyond the power of any presidential administration, did that stop the Bush administration? Indeed, it was from the bully pulpit that we were led head first into a war whose purpose was to reestablish American monetary hegemony in oil exports while being told that it would neutralize an imagined threat.

@brianbela Actually, the President of the United States can withdraw all troops from a region at his will. It does not require the approval of Congress. Hence, that is why he is referred to as the Commander in Chief. Bringing all of our troops home, and I mean from every part of the world, would save us so much money, and our servicemen would be spending their money here and not contributing to the economy of other nations.

I scanned over his budget cuts and about 600 billion are over seas things, the other 400 billion are things here in the US. most cuts go to the DHS, TSA, Dept of Edu, energy, and numerous other invasive federal departments that really don't do anything besides waste money. Hes the commander in chief he is the head of the military fully and he can bring whatever troops he wants home, how can he not do this? Remember this as well. In all the years that Ron Paul was in Congress he flip-flopped on only 1 thing but it was for a very good reason.
Ask people that call Ron Paul a HATER (We redefined "racist" explain later) the following question.
Would a HATER change his belief in the Death Penalty, because it was unfair to minorities that could not afford proper legal counsel, if he was a HATER?
Since media and others are distorting meaning of "racist" I am changing the meaning.

The media keeps mentioning these newsletters that he didn't even write.
The media refuses to mention Ron Paul's opposition to racial profiling. They don't mention how Ron Paul has repeatedly said the criminal system unfairly targets minorities, and how the war on drugs disproportionately targets minorities. Ron Paul supported making MLK day a national holiday (whereas the newsletters written in "first person" with his signatures by ghost writers are actually opposed to MLK day).
