I many have fond memories of Norm. I was always impressed with one thing he did: when he was outside to smoke a cigarette, he always used a match and he would tuck the spent match back into the book so as not to litter even a bit. This was so notable because at that time it was not uncommon for the same area to be covered in hundreds of butts. -F97
