Amber Heard's a cutie, but I couldn't make it through 30 minutes of the pilot tonight without being seriously bored. If this is still on the air by Thanksgiving, I'll be surprised.
Can't believe some LDS controlled NBC affiliate in Utah wouldn't air this because they deemed it pornographic.

if its still on air by TG this means they'd be too embarassed to pull the plug.The truth is Amber hears looks "too current".she doesn't look remotely convicible as a 60s girl.She looks like a gazillions of chicks we zero personality or aura we see on TV.this show isn't what she shoulda been casted in.If they make an abercrombie movie she should be the star

Period are nothing more than stories of present day but in the (perceived) era they profess to portray. People smoke indoors, men grease their hair, woman wear dresses and voila, you have Mad Men.
I'd be curious to know how many writers of this show were either adults or even BORN during the mid- 60s. Or how many had even set foot in a Playboy Club back then.
This show will be 20 somethings romanticising and judging a time in history they'd only read or heard about. Silly, really.
