One question.

How can we get the HPL edittor we have to pay or something??????

I'm finished with FPS creator from Thegamecreators because I had only 2 game builds.... it was the free version yes. But im really interested in this stuff so please respond.

I believe they are, however they're using their own level editor this time. Levels will likely be their own filetype, models though are collada.

Unlikely they'll have their own filetype for textures, thank god.
