Rufus is really fun to play with, but he ultimately lacks flexibility. He has a move for every scenario, but not much else.

I always struggle using his ultra whenever i try it always uses the Tehcnical Romance or whatever the move is called instead?? even though i press the punch button 3 times it still uses the 1 punch button move :S any ideas why?

i've always appreciated E. Honda, but this guy is just a bad joke. I can understand if they wanted to add some comic relief, but rufus is just really crappy, and a blemish to the games character designs

Because Street Fighter is a game, games are about having fun, and few things are more fun than kicking someone's ass using a fat guy.

Who the hell is Rufus, and what was the point of adding him. It's believeable that a giant sumo wrestler knows how to fight, but this guy just looks like a fat ass. This character design really sucks especially since he's wearing spandex, just gross.
