saddam hussein made the imam khoie (puhs) family to have the funeral at dawn and away from public, and he forced them to make it at the same day of his death...and you could see the intellegence surrounding them including the imam alsayed alsistani.

Allah said that if 40 people give witnesses by writing on the kaffan that the dead person was pious -even though he wasn't, Allah would accept the testimony. That's what they were doing there in the kaffan.
