@RockingRoxas if you know how to do it right, which he obviously does, it does the same amount of damage as singing normally. There's bands who are exclusively that and have been touring the world for well over 10 years and the singers voice is just the same.

Panic! At The Disco....they're just amazing. Since the day they started as a quartet they've been perfect. I know maybe I won't have the chance so watch them live since I live in Peru...but anyways I still love them so much *-* they've changed my life :')
