Only the elevator shaft in the newer tower facing Dixon Rd. is left and that now is being torn down. Half of the tower facing Carlingview is currently up but as well being pulled down. And the short section in the back has been completely gone for some time now.

I love this hotel and it breaks my heart to see the state it is in now! Something has to be done and I hope and prey that it does not get torn down! I have so many happy memories of staying in this hotel.

my uncle used to work in this hotel back in '78

I really hope they will not demolish it, after all, it's part of the Toronto history!!!! C'mon!

At least, I'd like to see it still standing next time I go to Anime North, which was held at the Regal Constellation two years in a row!
