  • sickest case ever

  • how fast is the computer and how much it cost you

  • @kanun4214

Well - this a little bit older video...so this whole setup could be built for probably less than $400 now...But at the time...it was pretty current stuff and was pretty fast.

  • 10x

  • and the name of the computer case?

  • asus vento 3600

  • 10x again

  • PC parts are moving by itself? o.O

  • i could say that ur a Daft Punk fan?

  • LOL UGLYEST PC EVAR

  • I take it you couldn't afford an Intel chipset motherboard or Geforce 8800GT at the time?

  • jeje wow!! great efect

  • Who say graphic card sux, just see the date of this video! July 2008!

In year 2008 this GS 8800 was a good card!

Very good video, good idea! I bet it took very long to build this PC, because u had to take photo every detail :)

  • ok, it cost about $1300 for all this stuff just to run a game...Why dont you buy an xbox for $200 that does the same with graphics and gameplay?!!

  • Well...I will give it to you that a console is cheaper than a PC, but it's not just about gaming. I would be willing to bet that 90% of people use a computer every day, so why not game on something you already have. Besides, you dont need to spend $1300 on a gaming PC. This whole build cost less than $700 back in 2008. Today I could build it for half that .xc Most people could upgrade the GPU in a computer they already have for about $100 and have a gaming-capable machine.

  • @clbkdaz and now the graphics on my crappy computer have officialy been voted better then the ps3's and zxbox 360's for 500 bucks

  • @xPSYCHOSNIP3Rx Because Consoles arent even close to what a gaming PC is capable of- are you kidding me? You can't even compare the hardware and graphics plus over all performance with a Gaming PC and a shitty Console- I would love to see your Xbox run Crysis at 2560X1600 with 16X-CSAA or run tessellation with super realistic geometry in the game titles of the PC- The mouse and keyboard absolutely proves itself superior in FPS/RTS/MMO/RPG and you can plug in a 360 game pad for Sports and driving

  • @xPSYCHOSNIP3Rx Alot of people like me just love real time rendering and seeing the best 3D graphics, For example Crysis 2 comes out in a few months and the first crysis on maximum settings was like running around in a si-fi movie, cant do that on xbox.

  • @xPSYCHOSNIP3Rx U GOT PWNED BITCH

  • Fucking Bad ass, How long did it take?

  • Well...the pictures took quite a while...It was something like 3000 pictures...but editing it down to the movie wasnt all that hard.

  • Nice, i like the case :p

  • sweet video

  • i have that case in blue sick

  • what is the name of that case?

  • the case is gay.

  • i think the grafic card is not so good but nice case

  • Waouh, THE WORLD FIRST ALIEN BUILT COMPUTER '0.0'

  • Comment removed

  • Sick vID Dude

  • Thanks. Did you see my other one to?

  • i love this btw do u know a cheap gamin pc with dual graphics card & 4 gigs of ram

  • You can build one fairly cheap. Prob. could get away with $500 or so for a basic SLI rig.

  • a core 2 quad and a 8800GS not the best config i suppose but nice video anyway 4/5

  • nice song DAft punk :)

  • its not the best computer build.. the parts are pretty old

  • So is the video...I posted it over a year ago.

  • yea i know.. but like the 8800gts.. there were graphic card far better than that

  • Oh yeah...I made this right when the 8800GS came out...so it was the top of the line stuff...but it would be like making it today with a GTS250.

Either way...The stop motion is supposed to be the "Best Ever" part...not the actual build components. :)

  • oh... and yea i like the stop motion. is that like making ur hands invisible? like when rotation the boxes etc?

  • It's a series of several thousand pictures played together in video form. Each picture I moved the box (or card or case) very slightly...and took another picture..and so on.

  • ah yea.. i thought soo.. how much did it take to make this vid? about 3hrs?

  • I wish....The raw cut is well over 4000 pictures and this edited version is down to about 2500. All in all it took me several days to take all the shots...but the video itself took me less than an hour to make.

  • OMG :O so much work.

  • oh it is the best stop motion build of a computer i've ever seen. and i've seen a couple.

They stopped production on the V-3600. :( Price for one has went up by 50$ on ebay. (when one makes a appearance)

I've got the Black outside Cherry inside vento.

7700 vento chassis suck if you ever get the chance to mess with one. They just don't have that "Quality" feel to it.

    kick ass video man.

  • I've actually used the Vento 7700 also. They tried to hard to look like an Alienware case. Horrible airflow...absolutely horrible.

  • yup thats what i thought when i saw all the 80mm fan slots instead of 120mm. I didn't like the particular hood latch they used either.

I don't think im going to stop using my vento for a long time to come.

I had to remove the HDD rack to fit in a GTX260.

I've got some videos on my vento. I went to the extreme with the fans inside.

    120v~AC 1.4A 30W 120mm 115CFM case fans. (230CFM total)

Strong enough to suck insects that get too close to the front intakes when the hood is closed. :)

  • where did you get that case i want one

  • You still can find them out there..It's the ASUS Vento 3600. This case was already pretty dated when I made this video...but I've seen them pop up for sale on Ebay and CL from time to time.

  • This is a lot of work you out in,,, excellent work

  • WOOO DAFT PUNK FTW

  • lol i wus listening to this song then i turned started searching computers

  • lol that case looks like an old vacuum cleaner ::D:DD:

  • lol

  • damn nice case

  • awsome video

  • Freaking awsom!!!!

  • FUCK the heat sink lol!

  • LOL...Yeah - it's a big sucker. It's the ASUS Arctic Square.

  • Bet mines even better than yours... But who cares?

  • indeed who cares.

keep those lame comments to yourself of you don't want people to think you are an asshole...

  • NICE

  • Thanks

  • cool vid! and cool case too

  • Thanks - check my other video to...thats the newest one.

  • Hello im MD and im a PC,

I just did my first stop motion video but it was really bad, haha, i was to lazy to take so many pictures, i only took 375 and edited at 350.

Anyway, nice PC, i think imma buy that case to build my desktop.

    PC rules

  • Thanks. I just finished my 2nd project which is similar to this one. If you liked this one, check out my other video.

  • very nice job on the video, I did stop motion in my last build but only the boxes coming on the screen, the whole build was to much. lol

  • Yeah - it's a lot bigger pain than I ever really thought it would be. I just finished another project that should be up on my channel by Tuesday. Subscribe to see it when it comes up.

  • tnx

  • how did u remove your hands?

  • Stop-Motion.

  • With stop motion it is a couple of thousand still-shots played together in a movie...so I never had my hands in any of the pictures.

  • well he used his hands on 7 seconds of the clip but otherwise yeh ! how did he lol xD

  • cool how long time did it take to do the movie??

  • Overall...it took a few days. The actual video portion was the easiest. It was taking the 4000 pictures and then editing them down to the 2600 in the final cut that took forever.

  • omg man NICE CASE!

  • Did you upload this video from the computer you built in the video? lol

  • LOL...nah. This was a totally spare rig I built last year because I had the parts laying around.

  • It was really good to watch anyway (:

  • wow that would of takign ages to film.

  • Well...the final cut was somewhere around 2000 pictures total. So...quite a while to take the shots.

  • have yo even seen my vids

  • I have...and...I'm not really into them. Clay and Legos are a little different than motherboards and computer cases. Not saying yours aren't good...just that it's totally different material to work with and it's harder to work with something non-malleable.

  • now thats a fucking uber computer
