No, he's grayish, dull white. If you watch the first Predator movie, you can see that he has a black net covering his body, not just armor.

You probably haven't even seen Alien or Predator -_-... just Alien vs. Predator. AvP is horrible compared to the originals.

to get past the head bob a little you can point ( or even better curl extra segments under the scalp) the top of the spine forward. If it ends pointing more or less upwards then you get a more pronounced bob of the body with the head just staying at the same height.
