  • Should have picked region 69 and then call the city Titville.

  • Titville? Well, at least we know what there is to do in that town.

  • This is basically simcity classic souped up with nintendo flavour and additions. Amazing game.

  • the music at 0:48 reminds me when I was a child, where we had no problems, no pressure..

  • I always go bankrupt a pt around 13,000 people.

  • @philschafferfanclub Sim City for SNES is a classic. Your opinion is invalid.

  • @philschafferfanclub the games 20 years old and its way more fun than you think

  • @philschafferfanclub sim city 4 crashed my laptop HAHA spit on u

  • One thing that always drove me nuts is Say the Power Line Connections between teh Res Indust and COm Blocks there is only one connection. If that connection gets disrupted your Whole City is screwed. and in a city with 100,000 people it is hard to isolate these issues. Just annoying

  • @mustange550 I always remedy this by making more than 1 connection from a power plant. It gets easier with each power plant that you build. Use power lines generously, especially if you do allot of rezoning.

  • Love how the Congratulions music of Mr. Wright was somehow stolen from Zelda ALTTP. Titville!

  • @greendragon717 awesome? blech, makes my ears bleed, some of the worst of the SNES for sure. I wish people pulled crap like this out when doing the "herp derp, Genesis music suxxx" fanblasts.

  • 2:48

    When did people get there...?

  • Lets begin producing !! The Government will open a state bank. People will put their $125,000 into the state bank. When resources are available, one by one people will buy.

  • TIT Ville???

  • God I miss my hometown of titville.

  • Just in case...you know roads aren't required in this game, right? (just rails...weird)

  • 10.000 QUERO VER 100.000 QUANDO CONSEGUI ME POSTA

  • tit vill is a fuck name. ur 14, right?

  • @PriusRider You have to at least remember/know that you only had room for a small name - you didn't exactly have the space to get creative over names.

  • This game was epic, i throw my super n away

  • good game i loved this one when i was little.

  • I used to play this game day and night.

  • DUDE i loved this so much

  • God, I miss this game. I used to play it nonstop back in the day when life was worth living.

  • aww the music! :)

  • jjaajajj is very funny name from city hahah is titville

  • ah yes sim city man i miss this game i used to spend hours on this game what i would give to have my super nintendo back

  • i can always use an emulator, but its illiegal if u dont own the game no more

  • @Falador321

who gives a crap xD as if EA games would cry about the snes game n___n

  • NEVER pave roads. Creates pollution. Go for train tracks.

    I so miss this game!

Cheat Code "Top off your money"

Pause the game, hold down "LB" & "RB", unpause, let go of "LB" & "RB" Ta Daaaah! All 9's!

Always wondered why ya couldn't make CopTops. XD

  • notice you didnt get a single top :/ fail

  • That's because this is a port of the original simcity, not simcity 2000.

  • thank you, great "how to play"

  • For some reason, this proved to lessen my stress. Thanks for uploading a great demo of a great game!

  • O,o, your city is very good, very work boy !

  • endless time of gaming, really cool

  • lol titville

  • Is there such thing as an industrial-Top in this game because the densist I get for industrial is industrial 4-high.

  • I don't really know how to play this game right.

  • Whats the problem? I may be able to help.

  • Is it okay that I place Industrial Zones on the end of the maps, and place large parks right next to them?

  • Of cource. Parks reduce pollution. Reducing pollution raises landvalues.

  • Oh, okay. What the Land Values do?

  • Land values is how much the land is worth. Low land values means that the building is cheap o deluxe. High land valuse means that if you live in a building that has high land values. Then your in the lap of luxry. Wich one would you choose?

  • I choose for High Land Values.

  • & since that idustrial zones give off alot of pollution. It would be a good thing to put parks near industrial zones.

  • OOOOOOH..... Uh are YOU the same boy-o that I'm posting comments on the other video?

  • If it's Simcity Pracitce 3 of 3 SNES then yes.

  • That comment was ment for someone else. But why -3 score? It was supposed to be a reply to anther comment.

  • Comment removed

  • I used to have the taxes set at zero on this game and the residents still complained!

"You must build roads for your residents" - (sometime later after loads of roads built)

"Your pollution is too high from traffic levels" - I thought you couldn't win until I seen the video on here with just railways all round.

  • Really calm music... until 6:00 which scares the hell out of ya ^^

  • I'd move to Titville..

  • LOL, 'do you want to build your own house next to the other residents'? I used to always put my house on a seperate island like where the power plant is.

  • "Your House" helps the Residential areas to grow, so if you want to get a citizen record, or something similiar, you should put it close to other peoples' houses.

But yeah, whenever I did a city just for the looks or joy, I put the house somewhere special.

  • i love this game i seen this just cause im looking for an emulator or free download of this now i want to play it so bad i miss it

  • lmfao, classic-put parks next to a factory lol

  • Yup, marks actually do three things.

    1: Reduce pollution

    2: Increase value

3: Because pollution is decreased, and value is increased, crime is decreased.

  • i play this instead of ps3 i love it!

  • ahh the classics are kinda so cool

  • LOL titzville i have this on enlitator adn when i was younger rented this with mario is missing

  • i still play this on the wii got it with wii points

never got a big huge city. didn't care. it was fun as evr.

  • i still have the snes, but i lost this game :'(

after mario bros my favorite game for nintendo!

  • Get yourself a SNES emulator, it saves fannying about with the SNES console!

  • gosh, i love the music. although i gotta admit objectively it aint the best, just reminiscence for me.

  • wow last time i saw this was when i was like 4 and my dad played it ALL the time and it use to be fun untill he would fall asleep to let his money rebuild. I love the disasters lol.

  • hahaha titville

  • I used to play this for fracking ages in the early 90's, The only thing that pissed me off was the map screen to bloody ages to load and I still never to this day got the mario statue

  • Lmao, I love it! I'm playing Simcity on the iPod touch right now. Things have changed a lot!

  • omg use the Select button to go to the build options on the left!

  • Insufficient mass transit system.

  • TITVILLE !!! Yeah baby!

  • I remember playing this as a kid. I actually learned my months of the year with this game, as well as having it expand my vocabulary extensively. This was probably the most educational game of my childhood.... this or maybe Oregon Trail.

  • Remember...

  • To be fair, the SNES was still pretty new at the time.

  • lol....titville...sounds familiar...i love the music too :P...dont know why...this game is great

  • Remember when five years ago I played SimCity on DreamSNES (such a Dreamcast bootleg with 500 SNES games), sadly save function there was very glitchy.

  • i totally <3 that game. but titville? ur crazy.

  • One of the Top SNES games.... Sim City is a Classic.

Playing it right now... just dug it out of storage :)

  • is cool city man am have that game on pc en psp am can PS3 AAAHH ! MAN AM LOVE THAT GAME

  • How's the economy in Titville these days? Doing well, or is Dr. Wright asking you for a bailout? :D

  • this game was amazing and no one should mock it. it was also in no way casual

  • YA your right this music is calming isn't it,I like it :)

  • Listening to the music makes me smile... ah good times

  • heh you are a man of the people. You put your house right by the first residential zone. Pretty cool casual play.

  • you cant mixed residencial zones at comercial and industrial, if you mix the traffic is terrible!!!

  • In real life, if you mix the zones, traffic is reduced since people don't have to drive for great distances.

  • And it says in the SimCity manual to mix up the zones for less traffic.

BTW, the music in this game is FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

  • @Tarkusine this is a game not real life

  • it reminds me of runescape classic for some weard reason

  • titville hahaha

  • Commercial is growing

    Residential is growing

    Industrial is growing

While the sun beats down on me

We actually sang with the music while we played! - Good times!

  • Oh and nice video Btw^^ TitVille ftw?

  • I bought this game today,It's really great better than some Ps3 games <=D

    I've got 25000 PPl already D=

  • I used to make up names to all the different businesses

  • I remember when.............

  • the music that starts at 0:47 was so calm and warm. I couldnt remember how it went but somehow, it was the first or second thing

i thought of when i saw the game again after sooooo many years XD

  • すげ

  • Loved this game. One of my favorite of all time.

  • love the beat great beat wish it was in sc4 so calm sso slow paced so great

  • Very amazing! You still have got a SNES? I'd like to see also the Virtual Console version!

  • The virtual console version is exactly that same as the SNES one, in fact the Virtual console is just an emulator.

  • No it aint an emulator fool.

  • Perhaps before you call somebody a fool, you should look up "wii virtual console" on Wikipedia. Here's the blurb, "These titles are run in their original forms through software emulation, and can be purchased for between 500 and 1200 Wii Points."

  • Best sim city, in my opinion

  • not here in Illinois...Chicago should be the capital right? But no

  • i love that game !!! I got Sim City 4 it's really a cool game but i still really enjoy playing the SNES version.

  • I going to get sim city 4 but this version is really fun too

  • The very classic simcity. I'm gona get this on my wii!!! The new version though

  • Good times.

  • yay this is awsome dude this is like the first one huh

  • quite a name for a city...

  • ahhhhhhhhh....the old school sim city

  • brings back memories

    Dr. Wright: BIG BIG BIG!!!

  • Wow, there are seasons? wohoo.

  • I wonder if the mayor has nice tits?

  • I suck at this game, which is stupid since I'm good at Sim City 3000.

  • Titville.

    Nice

  • I still got my SNES and Sim City^^ I think it's time to play again.

  • Man, I just fuckin' miss this game so much. I remember I used to play this game non-stop when it first came out back in 1991. I was only 6 at the time.

  • Download the snes emulator from limewire and you can play it all you want!

  • I love this Game! *.*

  • Me too. Awesome game.

  • Nice Game To Relax !

  • I sooooo want to live in Titville...

  • Is there any way to earn money?? I've played this several times, and made a good city, but I can never add anything anymore because I had no money. :\ You're pretty good.

  • if youre not doing anything really bad, you normally should get good money at the end of december because of the taxes.

  • lolz titville.

  • Check out my city I just uploaded.

  • i never undertood this game, some time one things happen, so you play again, do exactly the SAME thing, and OTHER things happen, its like random! thats cause i dont like much SC, i dont get it!

  • Ooh I didn't know that! :] Thanks for the info. I also found out that, in the UK, there supposedly is no "population requirement". As I said, traditionally a town may only be a city if it has a cathedral, however nowadays the monarch has the decision to dub a town as a city.

  • titville ftw lol

  • SimCity Rules

And I Can'y wait for spore to come out.

[I heard it's gonna come out in September. Check Wikipedia you can find anything there]

  • I miss this game so much. The zenith of my childhood was a system that could do what SNES did. This is when games were still games and not so "real".

  • This is the best sim city of the 90's And it was made by nintendo :D

  • nice titville

  • this is a good game for the snes it has al of the stuff used today

  • I loved Sim City. \(^O^)/

  • Oh yea.. This was the ultimate game to play for a while.. Love it.. Good work

  • Nice litle city. At what population number does a vilage become a city in real life ?

  • In terms of history a hamlet becomes a village when it has a church, can't remember what is necessary for a village to become a town ^^', a town becomes a city when it has a cathedral. However I think nowadays it does rely on population, my guess would be 1-1000 = village, 1001-25,000 = a town, 25,001+ = a city...but this is just my guess!

  • This game is old but it looks so fun!

  • Oh my God I used to play this game non-stop when it first came out.

  • Im surprised you didnt show how to make the $9999999 for a cheat and make it more interesting. I loved this game and still have it. OLD SCHOOL.

  • I love the music in this game.

  • You fail, sir.

  • OMG TITZ

It's okay, but the earthwuakes are damned annoying.

  • The PC version came first. And, I think you can turn disasters off.

  • Correctimundo.

  • u forgot the fire station O_O!!
