Well, technically this could be classified as a planche. I am happy that you have straight arms, but you need to work on having your back and feet level at shoulder height.
wow man!respect! I took up bodyweight training recently and i was wondering-how do you train for those.I mean i can hold a L-sit and a tuck planche(pushups whatever)-but i just don't seem to be evolving in to something bigger-eny tips?
man that is sooooo good may i ask how u worked up to it? like did u start with tuck, then advane tuck then straddle and full or did you do it another way??
Everytime I did them I was trying to make sure I got the same feeling prior. I also recommend that you make sure you breathe, trust me, taking full breathes almost doubled my time holding my planche.. good luck
Thanx for the comment... I've better I can hold it for like 15 seconds now. I'm gonna try going for the pushups in full planche next week. I don't think I'll pull it off many because legs full extended stresses my back more.

Man, you progress quickly! I've been training the tucked planche for over 6 months now and I'm still long away from even the advanced tucked....
