Did the security guard see her fall into the fountain AS it happened? How many cameras does that mall have, how many computer screens is that to look at at once? And DO they sit in front of the screens and watch them all day? I've always wondered that.

In fact, in looking at the video, it didn't even appear that she was even limping. I'm sure if there appeared to have been a problem, they would have come to her aid. So yet again, some idiot was not paying attention to her surroundings and walks strait into a mall fountain while texting. Now she plans legal action against the mall because the security guard did not show enough compassion to this moron. Living in Los Angeles, I can not count the times people, heads down, buried into their I phone or other device who smply step off the curb in heavy traffic. Not a care in the word. So what's the case? embarrassment ? Next time a truck. Problem solved.
