Mostly it is not a matter of beautiful regions why africans go somewhere. I think because many of their brothers and sisters (i mean other african people) are also there to meet & not to feel so lonely in a white country. plus where is visa or stay gotten more easily than in other places, or employment opportunitys.

Love my african race
Franco-phones are african problem. they are mean mother fuckers. depends on france for everything, even their currency is being managed by france. Shame.
excuse me? where are you from? you shouldn't talk about what you don't know. This song is a way of making fun based on differences between france and Ivory Coast; oh, are non-francophones so much better? Soudan, Sierra Leone, Liberia.. they are not franco-phones! i'm pretty sure you're not african. You wouldn't say such non sense if you were!

his song is about people who dream to go to a developed country to pursue a better dream. his dream was to go to Paris since he tough life was easier there, but when he arrived it was not what expected, life is so much different, everybody is in hurry, everything is automated, and the temperature is so different from his country( Abidjan, where they have a tropical weather).
I hope this would be helpful for you, and this song is so true especially for all foreigners in a new country.
@kleinhurr thanks so much. Its the same thing in America. People who live in other countries always think that the other country is better but I live to testify that NO country is above the one of ones birth.
But he's not necessarily talking about himself but about the thousands of people who arrive in developed nations and realize that life is just as hard
I myself live in the US and I'm telling you it's hard for the foreigners, but if you put yourself trough schooling, and determination you would find yourself a better life. I never get a chance to assist a concert of magic system but this song speaks for itself. it's the reality of any immigrant.
this is true,I came in UK in 2006 and then i have seen many things that i didn't even think could happen in Europe, people who are in Europe without papers ,I ensure you they suffering a lot,not a joke about that, can you imagine someone who was very healthy at home and then is like an homeless,i have seen worse than i thought, terrible ! people back home think that if you are in europe your life coulkd change but the better you came the worst you will find.horible!
me? i have everything man,i a british passport, but i'm talking about people who don't have anything like what Magic was explain here, they are suffering a lot,but cos i'm black as well so,i feel their pain as well,no offence bro,but it's happening
a british passport doesn't make you a bristish in really life. i'm in the US and trust me, it take more than a passport to be a citizens i mean recoginsed in the society
you are right there, that's why you don't understand where i was coming from, you told once what i was doing here "if" the better i wanted to come and the worst people find, the main reason is that, while we are in Africa we thought being in Europe or USA is the start of life but i said but some of us don't find what others are finding,i have a friend of mine who came here 6 yrs ago and he ws sleeping outside cos the reject his demand, while he ws in africa he did have a big house and everything
i never made the comment ....what i was doing here "if" the better i wanted to come and the worst people.... armandine 666 made that comment but i now understand what you mean
Why so aggressiv? If I understand what does mean gaou, is a village man! where is the problem when I say french for village poeple? is that not right?I like it only, if the real gaou is talking, but not singing! this is my opinion and I can say anything I want!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
French for village Poeple! Why did they not sing on his own language? Will be better for this song!Sorry, I cannot understand why ivory poeple used french like this. They cannot speak or they don't want?
vraimen every time i watch this video i try not to reply to comments mai g pens ke jai un mot a dire. mes freres 7vrai ke chez les blancs plus en europe ke o usa ns africains souffront but cmon just to make the crystal clear: if you dont like the way they are, live or the way they treat you just dont go there cm ca on naura pa a se plaindre.yet on a beau se plaindre on continue daller chez eux. so si ta choisi dy aller et bien assume et cesse de te plaindre. damn it!!!
why fight for who is racist and who is not ? just unite people, just unite . and african music is a great way to come all together! If we unite, then we will find the inner peace and if we find the inner peace then we will have world peace!
he is ivorian ,but every camerounian listen to our music ,they love it so you might think it theirs, ( and we are greatfull to them for that)the singer is ivorian, the music is from ivory coast
Yo, the degree of cold is real, I noticed that when I first stepped on european soil in Paris a 4am from CI. And everything else is the reality of life almost anywhere overseas, even here in the US. So no one should go harsh the french people in general. There are many french people with commonsenses about treat people of all backgrounds with respect and dignity. And most of them are not as racist compare to people in the US; black or white.

Why so aggressiv? If I understand what does mean gaou, is a village man! where is the problem when I say french for village poeple? is that not right?I like it only, if the real gaou is talking, but not singing! this is my opinion and I can say anything I want!

If we unite, then we will find the inner peace and if we find the inner peace then we will have world peace!
it's in our hands!!!!
