@twilightcrazy88110 Basically I just used the Windows Movie Maker, selected the pictures for all the characters, put subtitles and music on the pictures... That's it =) You might check out the WMM if you want to makie such vids yourself, the programme's really easy to handle and with a bit of practice it doesn't even take that long to make a vid :) [Did that help you?
