We block out people with music for a reason. We do not have the ability to compete with every single human interaction on a daily basis with the amount of work as compared to our average income. Time is money, and time off is golden. Hence "tuning out".

I agree! Kids spend too much time texting and on computer or video games. Music, I don't agree W/ him. But kids need to spend real social time together & more personal. Back prior to the 90's people got together more and talked and played games. Neighbors actually knew ea other and cared. Now a days not so much. Although we always say hi to our neighbors, we are not close. However, we are the ones on our street that our neighbors ask us to watch their home and water their plants.

I'm voting for nader this year. Nothing can change that.

Forget McCain & Obama. I've actually seen some bills that were in congress that could have made a difference, McCain voted against some of those and those merits alone determine my decision. Obama, is empty rhetoric and hasn't set in stone anything, everyone know's it. No Brainer.
