He's probably lying. People that use a lot of verbs and adverbs when telling a story is a good way to judge this. They have to use these filler words to tell the lie. In addition when he zooms in it gets blurry. The thing wasn't that far away, even with 3x opticl zoom it would have been clear. Of course he conviently said the UFO was affecting the camera. With computers it would be very easily to fake this or get rid of the line hold it up.

everyone, put up the sound, listen to the electronic sound the camera is making and u will notice a increase in the whirring kinda sound just as the "object" comes into view and passes, once it passes the whirring sound decreases to normal again.

What sells UFO videos to me is movement, objects in the back ground, and shadow casting. This video did not demonstrate movement and therefore Yes, it is UFO,...what kind,...open for discussion.
